Bu tez çalışmasında kemometrik tayin yöntemi ve HPLC (Yüksek Performanslı Sıvı Kromatografisi) yardımı ile donepezil ve rivastigmene etken maddelerinin mide ortamı hazırlanarak belli oranlarda derişimleri ölçülmüştür. Bu iki etken madde farklı derişimlerde ayrı ayrı olarak HPLC spektrumları gözlemlenmiştir. Daha sonra donepezil ve rivastigmene etken maddeleri belli oran ve derişimler de mide ortamında HPLC'de verdikleri spektrumlar gözlemlenmiştir. Gözlemlenen bu spektrumlar kemometrik tayin yöntemi ile bu iki ilacın diğer ayırma tekniklerine göre ne kadar hızlı sonuç vereceğine dair sayısal veriler oluşturarak bize fikir vermiştir. In this thesis study, donepezil and rivastigmene active substances were prepared by chemometric method and HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) and their concentrations were measured at certain ratios. HPLC spectra of these two active substances were observed separately at different concentrations. Afterwards, the donepezil and rivastigmene active substances were observed at certain ratios and concentrations in the stomach by HPLC spectra. The observed spectra gave us an idea by using the chemometric method to generate numerical data on how fast these two drugs will yield compared to other separation techniques.
