Bu tez çalışmasında iklimlendirme ve soğutma alanları alternatif deney cihazları hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve flaş gaz kısa devre uygulamasının sistem performansına etkisi gözlemlenmiştir. Flaş gaz, soğutma sisteminde bir miktar soğutucu akışkanın termostatik genleşme valfinin meme çıkışında anî olarak buharlaşmasını ifade eder. Bunun nedeni, soğutucu akışkanın kondenser basıncından evaporatör basıncına genleşmesidir. Flaş gaz miktarı, sıvı hattındaki soğutucu akışkanın sıcaklığıyla, evaporatör giriş basıncına bağlı olarak değişir. Flaş gaz'daki artma TGV kapasitesini düşürür. Bunun sonucu evaporatöre giren sıvı soğutucu akışkan miktarı azalacağından, soğutma kapasitesi de düşer. Flaş gaz miktarını azaltmak amacıyla çeşitli metotlar geliştirilmiş olup en yaygın olarak kullanılanlardan biri, emme hattıyla, sıvı hattının ısı transferi gerçekleştirecek şekilde birleştirilmesidir. Bu yapı basit bir ısı eşanjörüdür (ısı değiştiricisidir). Sıvı hattındaki soğutucu akışkan oldukça ılık, evaporatör çıkışındaki akışkan ise oldukça soğuktur. Bu iki hattın temas yüzeylerinde, ılık sıvı hattından soğuk buhar hattına doğru ısı transferi gerçekleşir. Bunun sonucu, sıvı hattındaki soğutucu akışkanın aşırı soğuması (subcooling), daha fazla oranda sıvılaşma sağlayarak flaş gaz miktarını azaltacaktır. Bu çalışmada, flaş gaz kısa devre uygulamasının etkilerinin gözlemlenebileceği bir eğitim seti geliştirilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Flaş gaz, kısa devre uygulaması, ısı transferi, TGV kapasitesi.
In this thesis study, information on alternative testing devices for air conditioning and cooling areas and the effect of different refrigerant charge on system performance was observed in flash gas bypass application. Flash gas refers to the instantaneous evaporation of some refrigerant in the cooling system at the nozzle outlet of the thermostatic expansion valve. This is mainly due to the fact that the refrigerant can not sufficiently liquefy in the condenser, that is, the mass ratio of steam in the vapor-liquid mixture is high. The amount of flash gas varies depending on the temperature of the refrigerant in the liquid line and the evaporator inlet pressure. The increase in Flash gas reduces the TGV capacity. As a result, the cooling capacity decreases as the amount of liquid refrigerant entering the evaporator decreases. Several methods have been developed to reduce the amount of flash gas and one of the most commonly used is to combine the suction line with the fluid line to achieve heat transfer. This structure is a simple heat exchanger (heat exchanger). The refrigerant in the liquid line is quite warm, and the refrigerant at the evaporator outlet is very cold. On the contact surfaces of these two lines, heat transfer from the warm liquid line to the cold vapor line takes place. The result is that the subcooling of the refrigerant in the liquid stream will reduce the amount of flash gas by providing more liquefaction. In this study, an educational set up has been developed.
