Su canlı yaşamı için önemlidir. Son yıllarda artan dünya nüfusu, küresel iklim değişikliği, sanayileşme ve kentleşmenin artışı su sorununu beraberinde getirmektedir. Bunun için mevcut su kaynakları en uygun şekilde kullanılmalıdır. Mevcut su kaynaklarını uygun biçimde kullanmanın yanı sıra alternatif su kaynaklarına yönelmek de önem göstermektedir. Alternatif su kaynaklarından biri olan yağmur sularından faydalanma, su sorununa ekonomik ve çevreci çözümler getirebilmektedir. Çatılardan toplanan yağmur sularının biriktirilip kullanılması için suyun depolanacağı hazne boyutunu belirlemek gereklidir. Yağan yağışlara ve ihtiyaç duyulan su miktarına göre optimum hazne boyutunu belirlemek, yağmur suyu haznelerinden maksimum şekilde faydalanmamızı sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada tarımsal üretimde su ihtiyacını karşılamak için çatılardan toplanan yağmur sularının depolanmasında en uygun hazne boyutu belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Yağış verileri için Isparta ili ve çevre ilçeler kullanılmıştır. Hazne boyutunu belirlemede Rippl yöntemi, Eklenik farklar yöntemi, Minimum akımlar yöntemi ve Parçacık sürü optimizasyonu yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Hem çatı alanları hem de kullanım miktarlarına bağlı olarak değişen depolama hacimleri bir grafikte verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma geneline bakıldığında kullanılan yöntemler içerisinde Parçacık sürü optimizasyonu yöntemi en uygun yöntem olarak tespit edilmiştir. Water is important for life. The global climate change, growing world population and increase in industrialization and urbanization has brought the water problemin recent years. For this, available water resources should be used in the most appropriate way. In addition to using existing water resources appropriately, it is also important to move to alternative water resources. Utilizing rainwater, which is one of the alternative water resources, can bring economic and environmental solutions for the water problem. It is necessary to determine the size of the reservoir where the water will be stored in order to collect and use the rainwater collected from the detonation. Determining the optimum hopper size according to the rains and the amount of water needed allows us to make maximum use of the rainwater reservoirs. In this study, in order to meet the water need in agricultural production, it was tried to determine the most suitable tank size for the storage of the rain water collected from the roofs. Isparta province and surrounding provinces are used for precipitation data. Rippl method, Residual mass curve method, Minimum flow method and Particle swarm optimization method are used to determine the hopper size. Storage volumes varying both depending on the roof areas and the usage quantities have been tried to be given in a graphic. As a result of the study, Particle swarm optimization method was found to be the most suitable method.
