Absorpsiyonlu soğutma ve ısıtma sistemleri önemli güneş enerjisi uygulamalarıdır. Bu uygulamalarda, özellikle hem ısıtma (kış aylarında) hem de soğutma (yaz aylarında) yapılması durumunda, sistem son derece ekonomik olmaktadır. Bu sistemlerde çeşitli kaynaklardan elde edilen termal enerji doğrudan soğutma ile ısıtma amacıyla kullanılabilmektedir. Absorpsiyonlu sistemle soğutma ile ısıtma elektrik enerjisinin kullanıldığı buhar sıkıştırmalı sistemlere daha ekonomiktir. Sunulan bu tez çalışmasında, küresel ısınmaya sebebiyet vermeyecek bir çalışma akışkanı kullanılmak, amonyak–su karışımını soğutucu akışkan olarak kullanan güneş enerjisnin absorpsiyonlu sistemle soğutma ve ısıtma yapabilen bir sisteme ait prototipin tasarım ve imalatı yapılarak sistem deneysel olarak incelenmiştir. Bu sistemde, güneş enerjisinden yararlanmak amacıyla, elektrik jeneratörü yerine, soğutucu akışkan olarak kullanılan amonyak ısıtılması güneş kolektörü kullanılmıştır. Tasarım ve imalatı yapılan absorpsiyonlu soğutma ve ısıtma sistemi üzerinde, bu çalışma kapsamında, dış ortam sıcaklığı, kollektörde dolaşan akışkanın giriş ve çıkış sıcaklıkları, buharlaştırıcının ve ısıtılmak/soğutulmak istenilen (şartlandırılan) odanın sıcaklığı ölçülerek, sistemin ısıtma COPh ve soğutma COPc değerleri belirlenmiştir. Ağustos 2016-Nisan 2017 zaman aralığında ortalama 80 deney yapılmıştır. Sistemin soğutma performansını görmek için, 1-31 Ağustos 2016 tarihleri arasın, ısıtma performansının görmek için de 1-31 Mart 2017 tarihleri arasında kadar deneyler yapılmıştır. Elde eilen deneysel sonuçlara göre, COP değeri ve odanın sıcaklığı belirlenmiştir. Absorpsiyonlu soğutma ve ısıtma (kombine) sistemin, ısıtma ve soğutma amacıyla çalıştırılması durumunda, şartlandırılan odanın sıcaklığı, Kollektörde dolaşan su sıcaklığının zamanla arttığı gözlemlenmiştir. Jeneratör sıcaklığı, soğutma ihtiyacının olduğu yaz aylarında 88 °C, ısıtma ihtiyacının olduğu kış aylarında ise 62 °C olarak ölçülmüştür. Sistemin COP değeri, soğutma sistemi için COPc = 5,28 ve ısıtma sistemi için ise COPh = 3,85 olarak bulunmuştur. In recent years, the use of alternative energy sources such as solar energy has gained importance, especially as fossil-based energy resources are rapidly moving towards extinction. There are many application areas of solar energy. Absorption cooling and heating systems are important solar energy applications. In these applications, the system is extremely economical, especially if both heating (winter months) and cooling (summer months) are done. In these systems, the thermal energy obtained from various sources can be used for direct cooling and heating purposes. Absorption with cooling and Heating system is more economical than vapor compression systems in which electric energy is used. In this thesis, the system has been experimentally investigated by designing and manufacturing a prototype of a system capable of cooling and heating, the solar energy using the ammonia-water mixture as the refrigerant, in order to use a working fluid that can not cause global warming. In this system, in order to utilize solar energy, solar collector is used to heat ammonia used as refrigerant instead of electricity generator. In this study, COPh for heating and COPc for cooling values of the system were determined by measuring the outdoor temperature, in collecter the inlet and outlet temperatures of the circulating fluid, the temperature of the evaporator and the room to be heated/cooled, respectively, on the designed and manufactured absorption cooling and heating system. An average of 80 experiments were conducted between August 2016 and April 2017. Experiments were conducted between 1-31 August 2016 to see the cooling performance of the system and between 1-31 March 2017 to see the heating performance. According to the experimental results obtained, the COP value and the temperature of the room were determined. The absorption heating-cooling system is operated for heating and cooling, It has been observed that the temperature of the water circulating in the collector increases with time. The generator temperature is measured as 88 °C in the summer and 62 °C in the winter months when the need for cooling is required. The COP value of the system was found to be COPc = 5,28 for the cooling system and COPh = 3,85 for the heating system.
