In this work, it was aimed to determine the quality of cooperation in Isparta, which has been experiencing the process of industrialization, urbanization, migration from countryside to city, and the fact of social change related to this as well as to evaluate the constitution and working of this based on the real organization ( housing cooperatives) and the factors influential in this process. As being included in a process of cooperation, members of housing cooperatives in Isparta were considered to be an important source in order to attain results desired about the general quality of cooperation. This work consists of two chapters. The first chapter is the theoretical one studying the sociological analysis of the concept "cooperation" by taking into consideration the Turkish cooperation culture and its connection with social structures. The second chapter includes the data of the field work containing the members of housing cooperatives in Isparta. All the subject matters studied were described in respect of their various peculiarites, and by using an analytic approach those subject matters were tried to be interrelated in relation to dependent and independent variables determined for every subject matter. The conslusion chapter includes the comments about the hypotheses determined for the work.
