Bu araştırmanın amacı, Isparta'da "ürün işleme tesisi bulunmayan" soğuk hava depolarına getirilen elmaların daha depoya girmeden "istatistiki örnekleme ve analiz metotlarıyla kalite seviyesini belirleyerek ve güvenilir bir "elma kalite belgesi" ile belgelendirerek, alıcılar ve satıcılar arasındaki kalite anlaşmazlıklarını en aza indirmek, üreticilerin elmalarının daha iyi ve değeri fiyatdan satılmasını sağlamak; bu sayede Isparta elmalarına yurt içi ve yurt dışı pazarlarda mevcut olan talebi artırmaktır. Isparta'da "ürün işleme tesisi bulunmayan" soğuk hava depolarına getirilen elmaların daha depoya girmeden "istatistiki örnekleme ve analiz metotlarıyla" kalite seviyesinin belirlenmesi ve bir "kalite belgesi" ile belgelendirilmesi faaliyetinin uygulamaya konulması halinde: Üreticiler, tüccarlar ile pazarlık yaparken daha iyi pazarlık gücüne sahip olabilecekler ve elmalarını piyasa fiyatından satabileceklerdir. Hem iç piyasada elma pazarlayan tüccarlar ve hem de ihracatçılar güvenilir bir belge ile elma almanın rahatlığı içinde, bu bölgeden elma almayı daha fazla tercih edeceklerdir. Bu durumda, bu bölgede yetiştirilen elmaya olan talep de artacaktır. Soğuk hava depoları ise, daha fazla elma depolayabilme imkanına kavuşacaklardır.
The objective of this thesis is to determine the quality level of apples which are brought to cold storage "without crop standardization system" by the aid of statistical sampling and analyzing techniques before cold storage and to certificate by a securable "Apple Quality Certificate", to decrease the disagreement among apple buyers and sellers, to ensure apple producers' apples to sell from good and worth price; hereby to increase existing demand to Isparta apples in domestic and foreign apple markets. If, apples' quality level which are brought to cold storage "without crop standardization system" are determined by the aid of statistical sampling and analyzing techniques before cold storage and to cerificate by a securable "Apple Quality Certificate" function is applicated: Apple producers will have a much more better bargaining power than now and will be able to sell their apples from market price. Both domestic apple mechants and apple exporters will prefer Isparta apples to other regions' apples hereby a securable certificate. In this situation, the demand for the apples which are grown in this region will increase. Cold storages will be able to store much more apples than now.
