Bu çalışmada "Farabi'de Adalet kavramını" incelemeye çalıştım. Araştırılan alan, kavram araştırması olduğundan adalet kavramını lügatlerden karşılıklarına bakarak onu araştırdık. Zira Farabi adaleti hangi değişik anlamlarda kullandığını önce değişik manaları bilmekle mümkün olacaktır. Birinci bölümde Farabi'nin etkilendiği kaynaklar üzerinde durduk. Acaba O, adalet fikrine bakarken hangi filozoflardan etkilenmiştir. Insanın etkilenmemesi veya bazı görüşlere başvurmaması mümkün değildir. Farabi ilkçağda siyasetle ilgili olarak en önemli etkiyi Yunan filozoflarında Platon (Eflatun) dan aldığını görürüz. Ancak Platonun fikirlerini yeni eflatuncu denilen Plotinci yorumuyla almıştır. Siyaset ve adalet alanında ikinci olarak Farabi, Aristo'dan adaletin dağıtım ve denkleştirici adalet olarak ayırmasını almıştır. Ikinci bölümde, Islam dünyasında da adaleti ele alarak bu alanda adaletin Kur'an-ı Kerim, Hadis, Kelam ilmi,Tasavvuf Ahlak ilmi ve Islam felsefesinde işlenişini gördük. Farabi'nin Kur'an ve hadislerden etkilendiğini görürüz. Üçüncü bölümde Farabi'nin felsefesinde adaleti ele aldık. Burada önce Farabi'nin kısaca hayatı ve onun sisteminde adalet kavramı üzerinde durduk. Farabi adaleti çeşitli kısımlarda ele almaktadır: Mevcutlarda, insan bedeninde, adaletin sevgiyle irtibatı, sosyal ve hukuk alanında, faziletle ilişkisi içerisinde incelenmektedir. Ayrıca fiillerde orta hale ulaşmanın nasıl olacağını belirtmektedir. Daha sonra devlet felsefesinde adaleti ele aldık. Farabi de fazıl ve cahil olmak üzere devlet iki kısma ayrılmaktadır. Fazıl devlette adalet, faziletlerin bütününden ortaya çıkan sosyal bir erdem olduğunu belirttik. Cahil şehirde ise faziletlerden uzak tamamen başı bozuk bir yaşayış olup, zulüm şehri olduğunu belirttik. Farabi'nin adalet görüşünün islam ve batı dünyasında etkisini açıklayarak çalışmamıza son verdik. Farabi'de adalet kavramı adlı bu çalışmamız İslam felsefesi alanında bir boşluğu dolduracağı kanaatindeyiz.Adalet gibi önemli bir kavram günümüz fert ve toplum hayatı için önem arzetmektedir.Farabi Türk ve müslüman bir özelliği ile birlikte felsefe alanında otoritedir.Burada onun adalet görüşünü ele alarak istifadelere sunduk.
In this study e tried to examine justice concept in Farabi. As the study is a concept research we examined justice concept by looking it up in dictionaries for finding its different meanings. In this way it would be possible to learn in which meanings Farabi used justice concept. In the first chapter we researched the resources that impressed on Farabi. We wonder which philosophers impressed on him, in his looking into justice concept. It is impossible not to being impressed by some thoughts. Platon, one of the Greek philosophers in the first ages, impressed on Farabi especially in the field of politics. But Farabi used Platon's thoughts by his new interpretation which is called as "new interpretation-supporter of Platon" by others. As the second one Farabi used Aristo's Justice Discrimination; distribution of Justice and balance of Justice. In the second chapter we looked over justice concept in Islamic world. We researched how justice concept was used and interpreted in Koran, in religious tradition of Mohammed, in theology (the study of Koran), in the study of mysticism, in ethics, in Islamic philosophy. We reached he was impressed especially by Koran and religious traditions of Mohammed. In the third chapter, we examined justice in Farabi's philosophy. Having mentioned his life briefly we looked over justice concept in his system. Farabi examines justice in different sections. The connection of justice with affliction in all existing things and in human body and the connection of justice with merit in society and law are being examined. In addition he states how a moderate quality in actions is being acquired. Then we studied justice in government philosophy. Farabi examines the government in two different parts as virtuous and ignorant government. It is stated that justice is a social virtues coming from all of the merits of the virtuous government. In ignorant-cruelty government, a disorderly life far from all the merits is being led. We finished our study by adding the impressions of justice thoughts of Farabi in Islamic world and west. We believe that our this study called as the justice concept of Farabi will be a resource for the lack in the field of Islam philosophy. that concept, justice has a great importance for each person and society in our present days. Farabi having his Turkish and Muslim personality is an authority in philosophy field. We looked over his justice concept here and we presented this study to the benefits of those concerned.
