This thesis consists of one introduction and three chapters. In the first chapter, we studied general characterictics of author's time and his life. Then we spoke of his teachers, students and books. Because every book is a piece of his author. Author, al-Firuzabadi as every people of his time, has been influenced by his environment and atmosphere in which he lived. Therefore his charactericity, education and culture will be seen in his books. In the second chapter, firstly we defined the linguistic and covered the subject as a term. This chapter is basicstone of the thesis. Besair as a multiple book it is appeared from what points we will study the book in this chapter.Those points like synonymic, antonym etc. are nearly related to exegesis in same time those are common subjects of classic and modern linguistic. In respect to third chapter,after speaking of definition and history of Quranic Sciences, we have explained their relation with exegesis and talked about some modern practical problems. Author generally did not mentioned the sources from which he has taken. We have used sources as a main classic sources of Quranic Sciences like al-Burhan of Zarkaşi (794-1392), al-İtkan of as-Suyuti on the other hand we also used the Menahılu'l-Irfan of az-Zerkani, Mebahıs fi Ulumi'l-Kuran of Subhi Salih and Itkanu'l-Burhan of Fadl Abbas as modern studies.
