Modern Portföy Teorisinde en önemli sorunlardan biri portföye dahil edilecek hisse senetlerinin ağırlıklarının ne olması gerektiğidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı portföye dahil edilecek hisse senetlerinin ağırlıklarının Excel Çözücü ortamında nasıl tespit edileceğidir. İMKB-100 Endeksinde yer alan hisse senetlerinin 02/01/2004- 31/12/2009 dönemi günlük getiri oranları kullanılarak Markowitz Optimal Portföy Seçim teorisi çerçevesinde eşit ağırlıklı bir portföy oluşturulmuştur. Bu portföyde yer alan hisse senetlerinin olması gereken ağırlıkları Excel Çözücü ortamında belirlenerek yeni bir portföy oluşturulmuştur. Bu portföyün etkin sınır ile risksiz getiri oranı arasındaki ilişkisi geometrik olarak ortaya konulmuştur. Oluşturulan portföyün optimal karakterdeki bir Tanjant portföyü olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Anahtar Kelime; Markowitz optimal portföy, tanjant.
One of the crucial issues in the context of modern portfolio theory is what should be the weighted of capital stocks which is included in portfolio. The aim of this study is how to set or determine weighted of capital stocks, included in portfolio in the Excel Solver. In this study, an equal weighted portfolio is formed from Daily rate of returns in the stocks of ISE-100 index in the period of 02.01.2004-31.12.2009 by the framework of Markowitz optimal portfolio theory. A new portfolio was formed with the formation of weighted standart of the capital stock by the usage of the Excel Solver. The relation between active limitation of this portfolio and risk free rate of return was revealed as geometric. As a result of this relation the new formed portfolio was described as a tangency portfolio. Keywords: Markowitz Optimal Portfolio, Tangency.
