KOBİ'lerde Teknolojik AR-GE Çalışmalarının istihdam Üzerine Etkileri: TEKMER'lerde Bir Uygulama. isimli çalışmada AR-GE faaliyetlerinin KOBİ'lerde yarattığı değişimin görülmesi ve TEKMER'lerde desteklenen AR-GE projelerinin işletmenin büyümesi ve istihdamın geliştirilmesinde yaratılan etkilerin değerlendirilmesi amacı ile hazırlanmıştır. Burada uygulamaya katılan işletmelerin tamamı KOBİ'lerden oluşmakla birlikte uygulama yeri ülkemizdeki TEKMER'ler olarak seçilmiştir. Seçim yerinin nedeni TEKMER'lerde AR-GE projesi yapan işletmelerin projelerinin başlangıç tarihleri, bitiş tarihleri ve anket tarihlerindeki temel verilerinin net olarak görülebilmesidir.Ayrıca çalışma içerisinde genel olarak işsizlik, istihdam, AR-GE ve kuluçka kavramlarından söz edilmiş ülkemizdeki ARGE projelerine verilen destekler hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. This study, which is called .The Effects of Technological Research and Development at SMEs on Employment: A Practice at TEKMERs., is prepared to see the transformation of SMEs made by R&D activities and to evaluate the effects of R&D projects supported at Technology Development Centers on the growth of the enterprise and the development of employment at these enterprises. All of the enterprises involved in this study are composed of SMEs and the practice area is chosen as Technology Development Centers in our country. The reason for choosing this area is that the fundamental data on the starting and ending dates of the projects and the dates of the surveys, belonging to enterprises doing Research and Development projects at Technology Development Centers, can be clearly seen. In addition, unemployment, employment, R&D and incubator notions are generally mentioned and information on the support given to R&D projects in our country is given in the study.
