Bu çalışmanın amacı kuruluş yeri seçiminde analitik hiyerarşi sürecinin kullanımını irdelemektir. Bu amaçla bir köpük sabun üretim tesisinin kurulumu örnek seçilmiş ve kurulumunu etkileyen faktörler Batı Akdeniz Bölgesi illeri kapsamında değerlendirilmiştir. Köpük sabun üretim sektörü koşullarını değerlendirmek maksatlı Devlet Planlama Teşkilatı IX. Kalkınma Planı bilgilerine başvurulmuş, diğer üretici firmalarla görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Kuruluş yerinin seçimini etkileyen faktörleri il bazında değerlendirmek için Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu verilerine başvurulmuş, Batı Akdeniz Kalkınma Ajansıyla görüşülmüştür. Bu değerlendirme yapılırken analitik hiyerarşi metodu kullanılmıştır. Yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda köpük sabun üretimi için en uygun ilin Antalya olduğu görülmüştür. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the use of analytical hierarchy method, the selection of the facility location. For this purpose, the installation of a foam soap manufacturing plant has been selected as an example and the factors affecting the installation was evaluated under the provinces of the Western Mediterranean Region. To evaluate the conditions of the foam soap manufacturing sector, DPT IX. Development Plan data were applied, the other manufacturing companies were interviewed. To evaluate the factors affecting the selection of the location of data, Turkish statistical institute data were applied, the Western Mediterranean Development agency interviewed. For the assessment the analytical hierarchy method isused. As a result of the evaluation of the findings, Antalya was found as the most suitable city for the production of soap foam.
