Bu çalışma, Isparta'da organize perakende sektöründe çalışanların örgütsel stres kaynakları ve bu stres kaynaklarının oluşmasına ait alt sorunların neler olduğu hedeflenmektedir. Ayrıca bu sorunlar karşısında çalışanların stres ile nasıl başa çıktıkları konusunda demografik faktörlere göre değişiklik gösterip göstermediği saptanmayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmanın yazın kısmında bireysel stres kaynakları, örgütsel stres kaynakları ve bu stres nedenleri karşısında stresle başa çıkma yolları anlatılmıştır. Hans Selye, Folkman, Lazarus, Acar ve Zuhal Baltaş.ın teorileri ana ekseni oluşturmaktadır. Uygulama kısmında ise Isparta ilinde organize perakende sektöründe çalışan 438 kişiden toplanan verilerle yapılan analizler yazınla bağlantılı olarak tartışılmıştır. Anket formu ile katılımcılara örgütsel stres faktörlerinden etkilenme düzeyleri ile stresin hangi fizyolojik belirtilerini yaşadıklarına ve stresle başa çıkma yollarına ilişkin düşüncelerimize katılma düzeyleri sorulmuştur. Bu amaçla uygulamanın ilk bölümünde çalışanların stres nedenleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmış; ikinci kısmında ise stresle başa çıkma tarzları araştırılmıştır. Her iki ölçeğe faktör analizi uygulanmıştır. Sonuçta, stres nedenleri dört, stresle başa çıkma sonuçları ise altı faktör altında toplanmıştır. This study aims to find out organizational sources of stress of the organized retail sector employees in Isparta and the sub-problems regarding the formation of these Stressors. Also, it purposes to determine whether there is a change according to demographic factors in how the employees cope with the stress. In the literature of the study, individual sources of stress, organizational sources of stress and ways of coping with stress are handled. Theories of Hans Selye, Folkman, Lazarus, Acar and Zuhal Baltaş constitute the main axis. In the application part, the analyses, which are based on the data collected from 438 employees in organized retail sector in the province of Isparta, have been made and assessed in conjunction with the literature. In survey sheet, participants have been asked the level of organizational stress factors along with which physiological signs of stress they have and the level of agreement on our opinions about ideas for coping with the stress. Forthis reason, in the first part, reasons forstress of employees have been identified; in the second part, the methods of coping with the stress are searched. Factor analysishas been applied to the both scales. As a result, the results are grouped as; the fourreasons for stress and six factors for stress management results. For analyses, t test, one-way analysis of variance and factor analysis have been used.
