İş tatmini birçok araştırmaya konu olmuş ve çeşitli değişkenlerle birlikte incelenmiştir. Bu değişkenlerden bir tanesi de strestir. Stresin bireyde yarattığı rahatsız edici duygu iş tatminini olumsuz yönde etkilemekte ve birçok meslek alanında bu durum yaşanmaktadır. Eğitimin ilk basamağı olan anasınıflarında görev yapan anasınıfı öğretmenlerinin de stres yaşadığı bilinmektedir. Çocukların öğrenim hayatına hazırlandıkları bu ilk basamakta eğitimin nitelikli olarak devam etmesi bir anlamda anasınıfı öğretmenlerinin işlerini isteyerek ve severek yapmalarına bağlıdır.Bu araştırmada anasınıfı öğretmenlerinde strese yatkınlığın iş tatminine etkisi incelenmiştir. Anasınıfı öğretmenlerinin hangi durumlarda stres yaşadığı ve bu stres durumları ile iş tatminleri arasında bir ilişkinin olup olmadığı istatistiksel yöntemlerle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan anasınıfı öğretmenlerinin demografik özellikleri ( yaşı, çalıştığı kurumun türü, eğitim durumu, meslek tercihi, meslekteki çalışma süresi) ile iş tatminleri arasında ilişkilerin olup olmadığı sorgulanmıştır.Analiz sonucu elde edilen bulgulara göre araştırmaya katılan anasınıfı öğretmenlerinin verdikleri cevaplar doğrultusunda en çok veli ilgisizliğinden kaynaklı ve en az müdürden kaynaklı stres yaşadıkları görülmüştür. Yaşadıkları stres ile içsel iş tatminleri arasında ilişki olmadığı görülürken, dışsal iş tatminleri arasında negatif yönde ilişki bulunmuştur. For many years job satisfaction is known as a main topic for a great many of subject matters and analysed with several variables.One of these variables is stress.An obstrusive emotion which is caused by stress affects individual in a negative way and this situation is experienced by many fields of business groups.It is also known that; kindergarten teachers who teach in kindergartens are exposed to stress .In the first step children prepare for their education lives and carrying on a well qualified education depends on teachers?desires and being fond of their occupations.In this research, whether the effect of stress on kindergarten teachers changes job satisfaction or not is analysed, on which situations kindergarten teachers have stress and ı f there is a correlation between stress and job satisfaction is also analysed with statical techniques. The connection between job satisfaction and demographic features (age, the kind of kindergartens where teachers work, their education ,occupation preference, carrier degree) of the kindergarten teachers who attend to this survey are questioned.At the end of the research, according to the reports kindergarten teachers?source of the problems depend on the most parents? irrelevance ,the least directors of the schools.According to the answers which are given by the kindergarten teachers on the one hand ,there isn?t a relationship between stres and internal job satisfaction on the other hand; there is a negative relation ship between external job satisfaction and stress.
