Tükenmişlik sendromu hem bireysel, hem de örgütsel açıdan olumsuz etkilere yol açan bir olgudur. Bu çalışmada Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi'nde görev yapan kadın akademik personelin ve idari memurların yasadığı tükenmişlik düzeylerini saptamak, bazı sosyo ekonomik değişkenler ile tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmek ve bu noktadan hareketle tükenme sorununun kaynağını belirleyerek soruna çözüm önerileri getirmek amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada tükenmişlik konusu teorik kapsamda ele alındıktan sonra 2011 yılında Süleyman Demirel üniversitesinde görev yapan kadın akademik ve idari personeli konu edilen bir uygulamaya yer verilmiştir. Çalışmaya kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilmiş 400 kadın idari ve akademik personel katılmıştır. Tükenmişlik düzeylerini belirlemek için. Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği. ve kişisel bilgiler için de. Kişisel Bilgi Formu. ve aile, is, sosyal Yasama ilişkin sorulardan oluşan bir form kullanılmıştır. Burnout syndrom is a fact that has negative effects on both personnel and organizational dimensions. The main purpose of this study is to identify the burnout levels of woman academic personel and woman offical in Süleyman Demirel University, to evaluate the relationship between some variables of academic personnel.s burnout level and finally, by determining the origin of burnout problem, to create dealing methods with burnout s This study was started in 2011 at Süleyman Demirel University with a total of 400,woman academic personel and offical all selected using a simple randomselection method. Easily accessible method of sampling in the study, participated in the administrative and academic staff selected 400 woman. Todetermine the levels of burnout "Maslach Burnout Inventory" and for personal information "Personal Information Form" and family ,work social life information and were used.The data were statistically evaluated and presented in the context of the study hypotheses were tested theory is evaluated.
