The objective of our study is called as “ The Activities of Transportation Service Company on Public Road in order to Enhance Customer Satisfaction: The Sample of Isparta” ; to conduct an academical research for measuring the studies which performed by transportation service firms founded in Isparta region for providing customer satisfaction. Our research has been performed on transportation service firms in Isparta region. The communication informations of these firms are enrolled in Isparta chamber of commerce and industry. These firms has consisted from cargos, warehouses and transporters that deal with transportation activities. The questionnaire form has been directed to 88 firms located in Isparta region. Which elected with the method of randomly sample from the profession groups that registered in chamber and kept on the transportation occupation. But it is founded that the fourty firms of eighty eight firms performed on a different occupation for just representing the name or not focused on transportation service. Thus, questionnaire has been implemented and assessed just for fourty-eight transportation service firms in Isparta. According to the results of research the reason that the competiteveness is considerably high, transportation service firms have been trying to present service as in the same level as the other transportation service firms do in order to earn customer satisfaction as soon as possible.
