Bu çalışma, sibernetik devrim sonrası yaşanan dönüşüm nedeniyle çalışanlarda meydana gelen sosyo-psikolojik dönüşümü analiz etmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.Üç bölümden oluşan çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, ilk olarak endüstri toplumunda işin örgütlenmesine değinilecektir. Daha sonra işin yeniden örgütlenmesi ve buna bağlı olarak küçük ve orta boy işletmelerin öneminin artması üzerinde durulacaktır.İkinci bölümde, istihdam ve işgücü yapısında meydana gelen dönüşüm ele alınacaktır. Endüstri toplumunda işgücünün sosyo-psikolojik yapısına değinildikten sonra sibernetik devrimin; işgücü yapısında, sektörel yapıda, mesleki yapıda, istihdam biçimlerinde ve sendikalar üzerinde meydana getirdiği dönüşümler ayrıntılı bir şekilde açıklanacaktır. Ayrıca işgücünün çalışma hayatında karşılaştığı psikolojik problemlere yer verilecektir.Üçüncü bölümde, çalışanların sosyo-psikolojik yapılarında meydana gelen dönüşüm, yapılan saha araştırmasıyla elde edilen sayısal veriler üzerinden analiz edilecektir. Employees have undergone transformations socio-sychologically following cybernetic revolution. This study which consisted of three chapters was designed to analyze this transformation.In Chapter 1, firstly the organization of work in industrial society will be mentioned, then the reorganization of the work will be discussed. Depending on all these subjects, the higher increase on the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises will be focused.In Chapter 2, transformations will be discussed on the structure of employment and labor. Having mentioned the socio-psychological structure of the workforce, transformations caused by the cybernetic revolution will be described elaborately for the structure of the labor, sectoral structure, occupational structure, forms of employment and unions. In addition, psychological problems faced by the working life of the workforce will be discussed.In Chapter 3, transformation occurring in the socio-psychological structure of employees will be analyzed with numerical data obtained from the field surveys.
