Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, amaç fonksiyonu ve kısıtlardan oluşan matematiksel denklemlerin eşanlı olarak optimuma ulaştıkları noktayı belirleyebilmektir. Ancak bazı kısıtların sağ taraf sabitlerinde (kaynak miktarlarında) belirsizlikler bulunmaktadır. Bu belirsizlikleri modele dâhil edebilmek için bulanık doğrusal programlama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada uygulama alanı olarak inşaat sektörünün bir kolu olan hazır beton tesisi seçilmiştir. Bu hazır beton tesisi orta ölçekli bir işletmedir. Bu işletme üretim sürecinde herhangi bir matematiksel planlama yöntemi kullanmamaktadır. Bu yüzden kimi zaman üretim sürecinde bazı sorunlar ortaya çıkmaktadır. Stok yapma imkânı olmayan hazır beton tesisinde işletme en fazla önündeki bir haftalık sipariş listesine sahiptir. Uygulamada 2013 yılının şubat ayının ilk haftasına ait siparişler kullanılmıştır.İşletmenin otel, bayi ve diğer müşteriler olmak üzere üç farklı müşteri grubu bulunmaktadır. İşletme bu müşteri gruplarının siparişlerini talep yoğunluğuna göre erteleyebilmektedir. Erteleme süreleri otel müşterileri için maksimum bir gün, bayi ve diğer müşteriler için ise maksimum üç gündür. Bu çalışmada otel müşterilerinin 92 adet, bayi müşterilerinin 118 adet ve diğer müşterilerin 55 adet farklı siparişlerinin üretim planlaması yapılmıştır. The main purpose of this study is to specify optimum reach point of restrictions simultaneously of the mathematical equations that have composed of objective function and restrictions. However, some of the restrictions have uncertainty in their amount of the sources. In order to include these uncertainties, integer fuzzy goal programming has been used in this study.A ready-mixed concrete plant has chosen as an application area. This plant is a medium scaled enterprise. In the production process of this enterprise, no mathematical equation has been used. Therefore, sometimes, problems have occurred during the production process. Where there is no stock up potential in the ready-mixed concrete plant, the enterprise can only take one week further order list. In this application, the order lists that belong to first week of February 2013 have been taken into consideration.The enterprise has three different customer categories: hotels, distributor, and other customers. The enterprise may postpone the orders of these customer groups according to demand intensity. The postponement durations can vary: for the hotel customers’ maximum one day, for the distributors and other customers’ maximum three days. In this study, the production plans of three different order groups have been made in accordance to hotel customers 92, distributions 118, and other customers 55.
