Bu çalışmada, mesai saatleri sabah 08:00 16:00, akşam 16:00 24:00, gece 24:00 08:00 olan 7 gün 24 saat hizmet veren çalışanları kadrolu ve sözleşmeli olan, kadroluların haftada 40 saat çalıştığı ve sözleşmelilerin haftada 48 saat çalıştığı üniversitelerde birden çok amacın olduğu ve bu amaçları optimize eden bir tam sayılı doğrusal model geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen model iki aşamalıdır. Birinci aşamasında güvenlik hizmetlerini yerine getirmesi için görevlendirilmesi gereken minimum güvenlik görevlisi sayısı ve bunların içinden kaç tane sözleşmeli güvenlik görevlisi olabileceği belirlenir. İkinci aşamada ise birinci aşamada görevlendirilen güvenlik görevlilerinin haftalık çalışma günleri, çalışma saatleri ve tatil günleri belirlenerek bir çalışma çizelgesi hazırlanır. Bir üniversitede yapılan uygulama çalışmasıyla optimum sonuca varılmıştır. Optimum plan ile uygulanan plan karşılaştırıldığında uygulanan planda fazla personel istihdamı yapıldığı görülmektedir. Bu da iş gücü maliyetini arttırmaktadır. Aynı zamanda uygulanan planda güvenlik hizmetleri ve güvenlik personeli istekleri tam yerine getirilmemektedir.
In this research, at the universities where, the working hours are; in the morning between 08:00 - 16:00, in the evening between 16:00-24:00, in the night 24:00-08:00,serving 7 days and 24-hour,regular and contractual employees, the regular ones who work 40 hours per week and contractual ones who work 48 hours per week, there is more than one goal and an integer linear model developed to optimize these goals.Model developed in two stages. At the first stage, employ the minimum required number of security guard to complete the security services and to obtain the number of the ones who can become the contracted security guards through them. At the second stage,the work schedules preparing by obtaining of the weekly working days,working hours and holidays of the security guards who assigned in the first stage holidays determined and prepared a work schedule.Optimum result was obtained by the application of a university work. Compared the application plan and the developed model,observed that there is more of the employment of personnel on the application plan. This increases the cost of labor. It also requests the security services and security personnel are not adhered to fully.
