Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye Sermaye Piyasalarında kurumsal yönetim uygulamalarının Borsa İstanbul istikrarı üzerinde etkinliğe sahip olup olmadığını ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla 31.08.2007 ile 27.05.2014 tarih aralığındaki 1. ve 2. Seans günlük verilerle gerçekleştirilen analizlerde volatilite modelleri kullanılmıştır. GARCH Modeli sonuçları, BİST-100 Endeksi ve BİST-30 Endeksi için kurumsal yönetim uygulamalarının, getiri volatilitesi (oynaklığı) üzerinde negatif yönlü etkiye sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. The goal of this study of corporate governance that continuous in Turkey's Capital Markets activity on the stability of Istanbul Stock Exchange is to determine whether there is or not. For this purpose, the date range 27/05/2014 to 08/31/2007 with data held on the 1st and 2nd sessions daily volatility models has been used in the analysis. The results of GARCH model, both BİST-100 Index and BİST-30 Index of corporate governance practices, shows the return volatility (volatility) that have a negative effect.
