Performans analizi, bir işletmenin kullandığı kaynakları, ürettiği ürünleri ve hizmetleri, elde ettiği sonuçları takip etmesi için düzenli ve sistematik bir şekilde veri toplaması, bunları analiz etmesi ve raporlama süreci olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Uygulayıcılar açısından ise, bir işletme tarafından ya da bir program içinde sürdürülen faaliyetlerin sayısal olarak ifade edilmesi anlamına gelmektedir. Bu çalışmada da imalat sektörlerinin performansları TOPSIS ve ELECTRE yöntemleri ile değerlendirilmiştir.Bu çalışma üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde performans analizinin tanımı, ilişkili olduğu terimler, finansal analiz ve teknikleri ve finansal performans göstergeleri olan başlıca oranlar (rasyolar) ile ilgili teorik bilgiler verilmiştir.İkinci bölümde çalışmaya temel oluşturan, performansı ölçmede kullandığımız TOPSIS ve ELECTRE yöntemlerinin tanımları, oluşturulma aşamaları ve uygulama alanları ile ilgili teorik bilgiler verilmiştir.Üçüncü bölüm çalışmanın uygulama bölümünü oluşturmaktadır. Bu bölümde T.C. Merkez Bankasının ele almış olduğu imalat sektörlerinin 2009-2011 yılları arası verileri kullanılarak TOPSIS ve ELECTRE yöntemleri ile imalat sektörlerinin performansları analiz edilmiştir. Performance analysis is defined as the resources used in a business, its products and services, has achieved results to fallow a regular and systematic way to collect data, analize them and reporting process. In terms of practitioners, sustained by a business or in a program of activities to be expressed as a numerical means. In this study, the performance of the manufacturing sector was assessed by TOPSIS and ELECTRE methods.This study consists of three main parts. In the first section, the definition of performance analysis, which is related terms, and techniques of financial analysis and financial performance indicators with theoretical information regarding the major proportions are given.In the second section, forming the basis of studies, we used to measure the performance of TOPSIS and ELECTRE method definition, creation and application of the theoretical stages are given.The third part of the study constitutes part of the application. In this section, the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey which was addressed by the manufacturing sector using data from the 2009-2011 period TOPSIS and ELECTRE methods were analyzed with the performance of the manufacturing sector.
