Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı'nın hizmet alanlarında hem nitelik hem de nicelik açısından genişlemeyi gerektirmiştir. Bu doğrultuda “sosyal içerikli din hizmetleri” projesi adı altında aile kurumunu güçlendirmeye yönelik müftülükler bünyesinde Aile İrşat ve Rehberlik Büroları kurulmuştur.Bu araştırma, öncelikle yaklaşık on yıl önce hizmete başlayan Aile İrşat ve Rehberlik Bürolarının mevcut durumunu ele almakta sonra büroların açılış amacına ne kadar uygun olup olmadıklarını değerlendirmektedir. Bunun yanı sıra tezde, hem bürolara gelen soru çeşitleri, hem de soruların din eğitimi açısından değerlendirilmesi yapılmaktadır.Üç bölümden oluşan bu çalışmanın giriş bölümünde; araştırmanın konusu, amacı, önemi ve yöntemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Birinci bölümde teorik çerçeve adı altında aile, irşat ve rehberlik kavramları ele alınmış, özellikle irşat başlığı altında Aile İrşat ve Rehberlik Bürolarında uygulanmakta olan dini danışma ve rehberlik hizmetleri Batı’dan örnek ve karşılaştırmalarla açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise, öncelikle büroların kuruluş amacı, önemi, hedefi, faaliyetleri açıklandıktan sonra, bürolara başvuranların yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim, medeni durum, meslek ve danışma şekilleri tespit edilmiş ve bürolara gelen sorular yedi ana başlık altında sınıflandırılmıştır.Üçüncü bölümde ise, Aile İrşat ve Rehberlik Bürolarına gelen sorulardan elde edilen verilerin nitel analizi yapılarak, bürolardaki dini danışmanlık hizmetinin profili ortaya konmuştur. Bu bağlamda 2003-2011 yılları arasında, Ege Bölgesinde bulunan il müftülüklerine bağlı Aile İrşat ve Rehberlik Bürolarına gelen 2401 karteks, Nvivo 8 programı kullanılarak yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim, danışma şekilleri ve il değişkenlerine göre gelen soruların nitel analizi yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu istatistiksel analizler sonucunda; bürolara başta aile, evlilik/nikah ve boşanma olmak üzere çeşitli konularda soruların geldiği; büroların çeşitli alt yapı eksiklikleriyle birlikte Türkiye’deki Müslüman-Türk toplum yapısı için yararlı olduğu ve büroların açılış amacına uygun olarak kurumsal anlamda manevi danışmanlık hizmeti vermeye devam ettiği saptanmıştır. The changing social requirements and the religious services which are diversified as a result of the requirements have required both qualitative and quantitative expansion of the Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet)’s service fields.Accordingly, Spiritual Counselling Offices for Family under the name of ‘social centred religious services’ project have been established by Diyanet in the mufti offices in order to strengthen the institution of the family.This research firstly aims to examine the current status of Spiritual Counselling Offices for Family, have commenced to service for the nearly ten years, and to evaluate the suitability of these offices for their foundation aim. Additionally, not only the kinds of the questions, put to these offices, but also the questions are evaluated in terms of religious education in this thesis.In the introduction chapter of this study which consists of three chapters, the subject, aim, importance and method of the research are discussed. In the first chapter, the concepts of family, guidance and counselling are examined under the name of theorical framework, the religious guidance and counselling services, applied particularly in Spiritual Counselling Offices for Family under the name of guidance have been explained with the examples and comparisons from the West. Then, in the next chapter, the age, gender, education, marital status, occupation, and consultation type of the applicants to the offices have been identified after the establishment aim, importance, goal, and the activities of the offices are explained and the questions to the offices are classified into the seven main categories.In the third chapter, the profile of the religious counselling service in the Spiritual Counselling Offices for Family is appraised by presenting a qualitative analysis of the data obtained from the questions to the offices. In this context, these questions to the Spiritual Counselling Offices for Family under the provincial mufti offices in the Aegean region between the years of 2003 and 2011 are quantitatively analysed according to the variables of age, gender, marital status, education, counselling types and city by utilizing the Nvivo 8 software on the 2401 timecard. At the result of this statistical analysis, there are determined that the questions to the offices are about various topics mainly family, marriage and divorce; beside several infrastructure deficiencies, these offices profit to the structure of the Turkish-Muslim community in Turkey; and these offices continue to perform institutionally religious/spiritual counselling in compliance with their establishment aim.
