Bu araştırma Türkiye İş Kurumu'nun yeniden yapılanma sürecinde yaşadığı dönüşüme yönelik işverenlerin farkındalık düzeyi ile bu dönüşümün istihdama etkisine yönelik tutumlarını ölçmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmada işletmelerin kurumdan destek alıp almama ve sektörel durumuna göre dönüşüme yönelik farkındalık düzeylerinde ve dönüşümün istihdam üzerindeki etkisine yönelik tutumlarında anlamlı bir farklılığın olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır.Araştırma Isparta ilinde faaliyet gösteren işverenlerin kurumun yaşadığı dönüşüme yönelik farkındalıkları ve bu dönüşümün istihdama etkisine yönelik tutumları ile ilgili algılarını ölçen 25 soruluk iki ayrı ölçekle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ölçeklere ek olarak demografik sorular da katılımcılara yöneltilmiştir. Analizler toplamda Isparta Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası'na kayıtlı 356 işletme üzerinde yapılan anket ile gerçekleştirilmiştir.Araştırma sonuçlarına göre kurumdan destek alan ve almayan işletmelerin yapısal dönüşüm farkındalığı ile destek ve hizmetlere yönelik dönüşüm farkındalığı "orta" düzeyde tespit edilmiştir. Yapısal dönüşümün istihdam üzerinde etkisine yönelik algı düzeyleri ile destek ve hizmetlere yönelik dönüşümün istihdam üzerinde etkisine yönelik algı düzeyleri destek alan ve almayan işletmelerde “yüksek” düzeyde tespit edilmiştir.Destek alan ve almayan işletmelerde yapısal dönüşüme yönelik farkındalığın sektör değişkenine göre anlamlı bir farklılığı bulunamamıştır. Destek ve hizmetlere yönelik dönüşüm farkındalığında ise destek alan işletmelerde anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmekle birlikte destek almayan işletmelerde sektör değişkenine göre anlamlı farklılıklar bulunamamıştır. Yapısal dönüşümün istihdam üzerinde etkisine yönelik algı düzeyleri ile destek ve hizmetlere yönelik dönüşümün istihdam üzerindeki etkisine yönelik algı düzeylerinde sektör değişkenine göre destek alan ve almayan işletmelerde anlamlı bir farklılık bulunamamıştır. In this study, it has been aimed to evaluate the awareness of employers towards transformation of Turkey Employment Agency during its restructuring process and attitudes towards impact of this transformation on the employability/sustainability. It has been investigated that whether there is a significant difference between awareness of enterprises with regard to the transformation depending on sectorial situation and supports received from the institution and impact of this transformation on the employability/sustainability.In the study, two 25-item scales were used to evaluate the awareness of employers in Isparta employers towards transformation of Turkey Employment Agency during its restructuring process and attitudes towards impact of this transformation on the employability/sustainability. Demographic questions were also posed to the participants in addition to the scales. Analyses were conducted with a survey implemented on a total of 356 firms that are members of Isparta Chamber of Commerce and Industry.According to the results, restructuring transformation awareness of the enterprises regardless of the support they received from the Agency and their awareness towards supports and services were found to be at “medium” level. On the other hand, their awareness regarding the impact of restructuring transformation on the employability/sustainability and the impact of transformation of supports and services on the employability/sustainability were found to be at “high” levels.No significant difference was found between awareness of enterprises regardless of the support they have received or haven’t received from the agency towards transformation by their sectors. Significant difference was observed between companies, who received support from the Agency, in terms of their awareness towards transformation in supports and services; however, no difference was seen between companies, who didn’t receive any support from the agency, by their sectors. No significant difference was found between companies, who received support from the Agency and didn’t receive any support from the Agency, in terms of the impact of restructuring transformation on the employability/sustainability and the impact of transformation of supports and services on the employability/sustainability.
