Ahlaklı bir birey olmayı mümkün kılan en önemli özellik sorumluluk duygusudur. Temel İslam bilimleri ıstılahında mesuliyet kavramıyla açıklanan sorumluluk duygusuna sahip olmayan bireyin hem mahcubiyet hem de mensubiyet duygusu olmaz. Çünkü mesuliyet, imana dayanan bir duygudur. Sorumluluğu ahlakla bağdaştıran bu anlayış, ahlakla da imanı bağdaştırmaktadır. Nitekim dini mükellefiyet sorumluluk duygusunun başladığı yerde başlar.Çalışmamız bir giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Girişte konumuza ışık tutacak Kur’an-ı Kerim’de Ehliyet ve Mükellefiyet, Cünun, Sığar, Uyku hali ve ehliyete tesiri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde hadisin isnadları ve tenkidi, ikinci bölümde ise uygulama alanlarında hadisin değeri ve tahlili hakkında kısaca bilgi verilmiştir.Çalışma planımıza gelince asıl kaynaklarımız hadis kitapları olmuştur. Ancak yer yer fıkıh ve fıkıh usulünün ana kaynaklarından ve günümüz kaynaklarından ve sözlüklerden de yararlanılmıştır. Kaynaklar ilk geçtiği yerde detaylarıyla gösterilmiştir. Daha sonra ki yerlerde ise, meşhur isimleriyle kaydedilmiştir. Araya müellifin başka eseri girmediğinde adı geçen eser şeklinde, müellifin başka eseri araya girdiğinde kitap adı yeniden belirtilmiştir. Gerek İslam hukuku gerekse hadis konusunda çok önemli olan bu mevzunun irdelenerek, toplumumuzun teorikten pratiğe geçebilecek bir din-değer-sorumluluk algısına ve bu algının ne yönde gelişmesi gerektiğine vurgu yapmak Müslüman ilim adamının şiarı olmalıdır. Bu durumda sorumluluk sahibi bireylerden hangilerinin ehliyet sahibi olup hangilerinin mesuliyet çerçevesi dışında bırakıldığı önem arz etmektedir. Mesuliyet duygusunun temel İslam bilimlerindeki önemine dikkat çekme gayretiyle hazırlanan bu çalışma “Üç kişiden sorumluluk kaldırılmıştır. Uyanıncaya kadar uyuyandan, bülûğa erinceye kadar çocuktan, aklı başına gelinceye kadar deliden.” Hadisi bağlamında dinde sorumlu sayılmayan bireylerin özelliklerinden yola çıkarak sorumluluk sahibi kimselerin belirlenmesi konusuna dikkat çekmektedir. The most important feature which makes possible to become a well-behaved person is sense of responsibility. A person who doesn’t have sense of responsibility which is explained with liability concept in Science of Basic Islam has neither embarrassment feeling nor affiliation feeling. Because affiliation is a feeling which is based on Islam. This intellection which associates the responsibility with morality associates morality with faith, too. When the sense of responsibility starts, religious charge also starts.Our study consists of one introduction and two sections. We gave information about Capability and Responsibility in Koran, madness, childhood, state of sleep and its effect to capability. In the first section, imputation of hadith and its criticism was mentioned. And in the second section, value of hadith and its analysis was briefly mentioned.If we come to think of our working plans, our main sources have become hadiths. However, it is rarely benefited from Islamic law and main sources of its way, modern world’s sources, and dictionaries. Sources when we use it first time are demonstrated with their details. But, they are registered with their famous names in the following sentences. If we don’t use the writer’s another work, we indicate this work like we mentioned before. But if we use the writer’s another work, we indicate this work with the book’s name which we used. To emphasize perception of religion- value-responsibility that our community can transfer from theory to practice and in which ways this perception should be developed, should be the maxim of the Muslim scientists and this subject which is really important both Islamic Law and the Hadiths by semtinize . In this situation, it is important who is capable of doing the necessitates of Islam and who is not responsible of them. This study was prepared to draw attention the importance of sense of responsibility in Science of basic Islam. “There are just 3 people who are not responsible. The person who sleeps until he wakes up, the child who isn’t a teenager, the person who is mad until his mind comes back.” And, this study draws attention the people who are responsible in the Islam mentioning the people who are not responsible in the Islam.
