Bu araştırmada, öğretmenlerin teknolojik pedagojik alan bilgileri, teknoloji entegrasyonu öz-yeterlikleri, öğretim teknolojileri sonuç beklentileri, eğitim teknolojilerine yönelik ilgileri ve eğitim teknolojilerini kullanmaya yönelik niyetleri arasındaki ilişkileri açıklayan teorik bir modelin kurgulanması ve yapısal eşitlik modellemesi yoluyla doğrulanması amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Afyonkarahisar, Burdur, Denizli ve Isparta illerindeki ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde çalışan, farklı branşlardan 850 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada verilerin analizinde IBM SPSS 21 ve AMOS 22 programlarından faydalanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi sonucunda elde edilen bulgular; teknoloji entegrasyonu öz-yeterlik düzeyinin, teknolojik bilgi, teknolojik pedagojik bilgi, teknolojik alan bilgisi ve teknolojik pedagojik alan bilgisi değişkenleri tarafından doğrudan etkilendiğini göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte öğretim teknolojileri sonuç beklentisi düzeyinin, teknolojik pedagojik alan bilgisi ve teknoloji entegrasyonu öz-yeterlik değişkenleri tarafından doğrudan etkilendiği görülmektedir. Teknolojik bilgi, teknoloji entegrasyonu öz-yeterliği, öğretim teknolojileri sonuç beklentisi değişkenleri eğitim teknolojilerine yönelik ilgiyi doğrudan etkilemektedir. Eğitim teknolojilerini kullanmaya yönelik niyet düzeyinin ise, teknolojik pedagojik alan bilgisi, öğretim teknolojileri sonuç beklentisi ve eğitim teknolojilerine yönelik ilgi değişkenleri tarafından doğrudan etkilendiği anlaşılmaktadır. In this research, it is aimed to construct a theoretical model describing the relationship among teachers' intention to use educational technology and technological pedagogical content knowledge, technology integration self-efficacy, instructional technology outcome expectations and educational technology interests. Furthermore, the theoretical model was verified by structural equation modeling. In the research, correlational survey as a model of quantitative research methods was used. Eight hundred and fifty teachers from different branches working in primary, middle and high schools in Afyonkarahisar, Burdur, Denizli and Isparta formed the sample of research. In the analysis of the data it was utilized from IBM SPSS 21 and AMOS 22 programs. The findings obtained from the analysis of the data show that technology integration self-efficacy level is directly affected by the variables such as technological knowledge, technological pedagogical knowledge, technological knowledge and technological pedagogical content knowledge. Morever, the instructional technologies outcome expectations level is directly affected by the variables such as technological pedagogical content knowledge and technology integration self-efficacy. Variables such as technological knowledge, technology integration self-efficacy, and instructional technologies outcome expectations directly affect educational technology interest. The intention level to use educational technology is directly affected by variables such as technological pedagogical content knowledge, instructional technologies outcome expectations and educational technology interest.
