Ülkemizde sağlık alanında 2004 yılından itibaren uygulanmaya başlayan Performansa Dayalı Ücret Sistemi birçok yeniliği beraberinde getirmiştir. Ücret ve çalışma koşullarında meydana gelen değişiklikler, hekimlerin iş tatmin düzeylerinde etkili olmuştur. İş tatminini etkileyen birçok faktörden birisi de "ücret" konusudur. Bu konu üzerinde önemle durulması gereken etkenlerden birisidir. Araştırmanın amacı, performansa dayalı ücret sisteminin hekimlerin iş tatminine etkilerini tespit etmektir. Bu etkinin net bir şekilde ortaya konabilmesi için anket soruları, sistemin öncesindeki ve sonrasındaki tatmin durumunu ölçecek şekilde oluşturulmuştur. Performansa dayalı ücret sistemi artan rekabet dolayısıyla organizasyonların çalışanın performansı ile ücretini ilişkilendirdiği, örgütün performansını arttırma ve örgütün stratejilerini birleştirme hedefli ödüllendirme yöntemlerinden birisidir. Araştırma, Isparta ili merkezindeki Kamu Hastaneleri ve SDÜ AU Hastanesindeki hekimlere uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın amacına uygun olarak sistemin öncesi ve sonrasını tecrübe etmiş olan uzman 120 hekim, araştırmanın evreni olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında tüm evrene ulaşılmış ancak 97 katılımcıdan cevap alınabilmiştir. Verilerin analizi sonucunda; hekimlerin sistemle ilgili olumlu fikre sahip olmadıkları görülmüştür. Ancak Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesindeki hekimlerin toplam gelirlerine ilişkin memnuniyetlerinin arttığı tespit edilmiştir. Performance-based payment system that have been applicated since 2004 has brought many innovations. Payment and changes in work conditions have affected physician's job satisfaction level. Payment is one of the factors affecting the job satisfaction. It is efficient giving importance to this issue. The purpose of study is to determine the effects of performance-based pay system on physicians' job satisfaction. With this aim, study's scale was created so as to measure the satisfaction before and after of system. Performance-based pay system is the one of the performance adjuvant targeted rewarding method correlate the employees performance and pay. The study was practices on physicians of university hospital and public hospitals in Isparta city center. 120 physicians have experienced both before the system and after was specified as a population. İt was recieved reply from 97 paticipants. As a result of analysis; it was seen physicians have no positive opinion about the system. But total income related satisfaction of physicians in university hospital have increased. Besides, it was emphasized the system can be enhanced with regulations.
