Bu araştırma, sağlık çalışanlarının motivasyon kaynaklarının performans değerlendirme sistemi algısına etkisini saptamak amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Isparta ilinde iki devlet hastanesi, bir üniversite hastanesi, üç özel hastaneden tabakalı örnekleme yöntemi ile 650 sağlık çalışanı örnekleme alınmıştır. Veriler; Sağlık Çalışanının Özelliklerine Yönelik Bilgi Formu, Motivasyon Kaynakları Envanteri ve Performans Değerlendirme Sistemi Algısı Envanteri olmak üzere üç form kullanılmıştır. Veriler yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler korelasyon, regresyon, Anova ve Student t testleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Katılımcıların yaş ortalaması 34,84±7,96481olup; % 45,7'si kamu, % 43'ü üniversite ve % 11,3'ü özel hastanede çalışmakta, % 64,8'i kadın ve % 36,8'i lisans mezunudur. Motivasyon kaynakları ile performans değerlendirme sistemi algıları arasında pozitif yönde bir ilişki saptanmıştır (r=.280;p<0,05). Motivasyon kaynaklarından "iç benlik, dış benlik, hedef içselleştirme, araçsallık ve içgüdüsel" değişkenlerinin her birinin performans değerlendirme sistemi algısının "paylaşım, değerlendirme süreci, çalışana katkı, kuruma katkı ve topluma katkı" bağımsız değişkenlerini pozitif yönde etkilediği bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Sağlık çalışanlarının en çok içsel motivasyon kaynakları ile çalıştıkları ve kuruma katkı değişkeninin performans değerlendirme sistemi algı puanının en yüksek değişken olduğu saptanmıştır. Motivasyon kaynakları, sağlık çalışanlarının performans değerlendirme sistemine yönelik algılarına pozitif yönde etki etmektedir. Performans değerlendirme sistemine yönelik olumlu algılara ulaşabilmek için öncellikle ele alınması gereken motivasyon kaynaklarının belirlenmesi ve bu doğrultuda planlamaların yapılması önerilebilir. This research was carried out descriptively in order to determine the effect of motivation sources of health care workers on performance assessment system perception. 650 health care workers from two governmental hospitals, one university hospital, three private hospitals in Isparta province have been included in the study by stratified sampling method. Three forms were used to obtain data: Information Form for the Characteristics of Health Workers, Motivation Resources Inventory and Performance Evaluation System Perception Inventory Data were collected by face-to-face meeting method. The obtained data were analysed by correlation, regression, Anova and Student t tests. The mean age of the participants is 34,84±7,96481, 45,7% work in the government and 11,3% work in private hospital, 64,8% are women and 36,8% are university graduates. A positive relationship was observed between the motivation resources and performance assessment system perceptions (r=.280;p<0,05). It has been found out that each of the "inner-self, outer-self, objective involvement, instrumentality and instinct" variables of the motivation resources affect the independent variables "sharing, assessment process, contribution to employee, contribution to institution and contribution to society" of the performance assessment system perception positively (p<0,05). It has been observed that the health care workers work with inner-self motivation sources the most and that contribution to institution variable is the highest-score variable of the performance assessment system perception scores. Motivation sources positively affect the perceptions of health care workers towards the performance evaluation system. In order to obtain positive perceptions towards the performance evaluation system, it may be suggested that the motivation sources to be addressed are determined and planning is made accordingly.
