İşletmeler kaynaklarını verimli bir şekilde kullanarak gelirlerini arttırmak amacıyla üretimlerini belirli bir plan ve program dahilinde gerçekleştirmektedirler. Üretim planlaması sorunlarının çözümünde kullanılacak en etkili yöntemlerden birisi hedef programlama tekniğidir. Bugün modern işletmecilik konusunda hedef programlamadan fazlaca söz edilmektedir. Kuşkusuz zamanın en basit, fakat en etkili değerlendirmesi, zaman-para bağlantısı kurularak elde edilebilir. Zamandan en çok fayda sağlamayı benimsemek ve bununla en elverişli çözümü araştırmak mühimdir. Bu çalışmada; üretim planlama ve hedef programlama kullanılarak bir mobilya işletmesi üzerinde bir uygulama yapılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada fabrikanın verileri kullanılarak talep miktarını karşılayacak, fazla mesaiyi azaltacak, kârı maksimum yapacak ürünlerin yıllık üretim planını verecek hedef programlama modeli oluşturulmaktadır. Problemin çözümünde WinQSB2.0 paket kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda ise çıkan sonuçlar incelenip analiz edilmektedir. The enterprises maintain their production activities in a certain structure and program in order to boost their incomes by deriving the optimum efficiency from their resources. Goal programming technique is one of the most effective techniques of settling challenges that might occur in production planning. Goal programming is nowadays excessively stressed with regards to modern programming. The most influential but simplest assessment of current times is definitely done by establishing time-money connection. Adopting the idea of making the most effective use of time and coming up with the most effective solution are of great significance. In this study, an application on a furniture enterprise has been conducted by using production planning and goal programming. The most effective model of goal programming that will meet the demand; reduce overtime work and yield the annual production plan of the products that will maximize the profit has been designed based on the data obtained from the enterprise within this study. WinQSB2.0 has been used in problem settling. The ultimate part of study investigates the outcomes and analyzes were made.
