KOBİ'ler; istihdama olan katkıları, bölgesel gelişmişlik farklarının giderilmesinde oynadıkları kilit rol, ekonomik krizlerden büyük şirketlere nazaran daha kolay ve az hasarla sıyrılabilen, bu sayede ekonomik hayatın sekteye uğramasının sigortası konumundadırlar. Çalışmanın amacı; Girişimcilik Destek Programının alt başlıklarından olan Uygulamalı Girişimcilik Eğitimi (UGE) ve Yeni Girişimci Desteğini analiz etmektir. Çalışmaya; UGE'lere katılan, Yeni Girişimci Desteğinden yararlanarak işletmesini kuran, 18 - 71 yaş aralığında, 1856'sı erkek, 931'i kadın olmak üzere toplam 2787 kişi katılmıştır. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen bir anket ile toplanmıştır. Katılımcıların cinsiyet, yaş ve eğitim gibi özellikleri betimsel analiz metodu ile değişkenler arasındaki farklılıklar ise tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), ki-kare ve t- testi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları; Uygulamalı Girişimcilik Eğitimi, girişimciliğin geliştirilmesi ve girişimciliğin yaygınlaştırılması için etkilidir. Yeni Girişimci Desteğinin, işletme kuruluş masraflarının desteklenmesi hariç diğer mali destekleri yetersizdir. Yeni Girişimci Desteği, sabit yatırım desteği hariç yeni girişimlerin hayatiyetini sürdürmesinde etkilidir. Sonuç olarak, katılımcıların değerlendirmelerine göre; Uygulamalı Girişimcilik Eğitimi ve Yeni Girişimci Destekleri, yeni girişimcilerin iş hayatına atılmalarında önemli olduğu, ancak destek miktarı ve eğitim içeriklerinin geliştirilmesinin gerektiği söylenebilir. SME's play a key role on reducing regional development inequalities, less vulnerable structure in times of economic depression than big business, and accepted as an insurance of economy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Applied Entrepreneurship Training and New Entrepreneur Supports that are sub topics of KOSGEB's Entrepreneur Support Program. The participants that have attended the Applied Entrepreneurship Training and New Entrepreneur Support beneficiaries who set up their own business were taken part in this study. Totally 2787 participants were attended this study, 1856 of them male and 931 of them female and the age of participants change between 18 and 71 years old. The data was collected by a questionnaire was developed by researcher. Data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis for participant's properties like gender, age, and education, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Chi-square and t-test for assessing the differences between variables. The results were illustrated that; Applied Entrepreneurship Training is effective on development of entrepreneurship and dissemination of entrepreneurship. New Entrepreneur Support is sufficient for setting up a new businesses, but other financial supports are insufficient. New Entrepreneur Support is effective on survival of new business except fixed investment support. As a result, according to evaluation of participants it can be said that, Applied Entrepreneurship Training and New Entrepreneur Supports is important that get a start in business for new Entrepreneur, however amountof financial supports and content of education should be revised.
