Kontrol odağı, öz-yeterlilik ve kolektif yeterlilik kavramları sosyal öğrenme kuramı içinde yer almaktadır. Kontrol odağı kavramı kişilerin yaptıkları bir işin sonucunu üstlenme durumu ile ilgilenirken; öz ve kolektif yeterlilik kavramları yapacakları işi yapabilme noktasında kendilerinde oluşan inanç ile ilgilenmektedir. Sağlık sektörünün sürekli gelişim içinde olan ve büyük sorumluluk gerektiren bir hizmet sektörü olması, bu nedenle de bu sektörde çalışanların hem yaptığı şeylerin sonuçlarının sorumluluğunu üstlenmesi hem de çalışanların görevini yaparken kendisine olan güveninin tam olması daha iyi bir hizmet verilmesi için önemlidir. Bu araştırmada hastane çalışanlarında kontrol odağı algısının öz ve kolektif yeterlilik algıları üzerine etkisinin araştırılması hedeflenmiştir. Bu hedefe ilişkin veri toplama aracı olarak Dağ (2002) tarafından Türkçeye çevrilen Kontrol Odağı Ölçeği, Yıldırım ve İlhan (2010) tarafından Tükçeye çevrilen Genel Öz-Yeterlilik Ölçeği ve Öcal ve Aydın (2009) tarafından Tükçeye çevrilen Kolektif Yeterlilik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Ankara il merkezinde bulunan Ankara Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesi, Ulus Devlet Hastanesi, Özel Lokman Hekim Hastanesi ve Özel Etimed Hastanesi çalışanları oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda 305 hastane çalışanına (hekim, hemşire, idari personel, diğer sağlık personeli, yardımcı hizmetler) ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma da kontrol odağı boyutlarının bazılarının hastane çalışanlarının öz ve kolektif yeterlilik algıları üzerinde pozitif yönde etki yaparken bazılarının ise öz ve kolektif yeterlilik algıları üzerinde negatif etkiye sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca kontrol odağı boyutları, öz-yeterlilik boyutları ve kolektif yeterlilik demografik değişkenlere göre karşılaştırılmış ve bazı değişkenlerde farklılık bulunmuştur. Locus of control, self efficacy and collective efficacy concepts are located within social learning theory. The concept of locus of control is dealing with state of to assume the result of the work done by people, The concepts of self and collective efficacy is involved with belief consisting in the themselves to the point of being able to do the job they will do. To be in development continuous of health sector and to be a service industry that requires great responsibility so of working in this sector to assume responsibility for the consequences of the results of his stuff to be full of his confidence while the task of employees is important for to be given a better service. In this study, have been targeted investigation of the effect on perceptions of self and collective efficacy of perception of locus of control in the hospital employees . As a data collection tool for this target by Dağ (2002) Translated to Turkish locus of control scale, by Yıldırım and İlhan (2010) translated to Turkish General Self-Efficacy Scale and by Öcal ve Aydın (2009) translated to Turkish collective efficacy scale was used. The population of the study is constitutes Ankara located in the city center Ankara Training and Research Hospital, the Nation State Hospital, Private Lokman Physician Hospital and the Hospital employees for Special Etimed . In this context, the 305 hospital staff (physicians, nurses, administrative staff, other health personnel, auxiliary services) has been reached. In the research, some of the dimensions of locus of control of hospital employees on perceptions of self and collective efficacy have a positive impact while some of them has a negative influence on perceptions of self efficacy and collective competence and inferred that it was. Also the dimensions of locus of control, the dimensions of self efficacy and collective efficacy were compared according to demographic variables and differences in some variables were found.
