Sağlık bir toplumun en önemli göstergelerinden biridir. Bu yüzden sağlık hizmetlerine önem verilmektedir. Özellikle sağlıkta dönüşüm programı ile birlikte iyileştirilen şartlar ve sağlık hizmetlerindeki harcamaların artması sağlıkta gelişmelerin yaşanmasını sağlamıştır. Program sonrasında yaşanılan gelişmeler özel hastanelere olan ilgiyi de artırmış durumdadır. Hasta memnuniyeti günümüzde hastane tercihini etkileyen en önemli unsurlar arasında yer almaktadır. Fakat hasta memnuniyeti dışında, hastane tercihinde etkili olan farklı faktörler de bulunmaktadır. Araştırmanın amacı hasta memnuniyeti ve hastane tercihinde etkili olan faktörlerin araştırılmasıdır. Bu kapsamda Isparta ilinde bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Isparta ilindeki kişiler oluşturmaktadır. Evreni temsil edecek şekilde 560 kişi ile yüz yüze görüşülerek anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan anket, Akbaş (2014) tarafından güvenilirliği ve geçerliliği test edilmiş olan soru formu beşli Likert tipi ölçekle test edilmiştir. Ayrıca katılımcıların demografik özelliklerini ve araştırma amacına yönelik oluşturan soruları içeren sorular da bulunmaktadır. Yapılan anketler sonucunda 22 soruluk önermeden üç faktör ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu faktörler; hastane çalışanları, hastanenin işleyişi ve hastanenin fiziki koşullarıdır. Diğer 9 soruluk önerme ise tek faktör altında birleşmiştir. Araştırmada kullanılan ölçeklerin Cronbach Alfa değeri ölçekte yer alan ilk 9 soru için 0,821 iken, sonraki 22 soru için yapılan analizde 0,907 olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırma da frekans ve yüzde değerleri, çoklu doğrusal regresyon modeli, korelasyon analizi ve crosstabbs ile çapraz analizler yapılmıştır. Çalışmada hastane tercihinde etkili olan diğer faktörler de bulunmuş ve önem derecesine göre sıralanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda hastane tercihinde en çok etkili olan ilk üç faktör sırasıyla güven, uzman doktor tercihi ve memnuniyet olmuştur. Araştırmada hastanelerde en beğenilmeyen üç özellik ve sırası; doktor ilgisizliği, yetersiz muayene ve hoşgörü olmaması şeklindedir. Health is one of the most important indicators of a society. So attention is paid to health services. In particular, expenditure on health services in conjunction with the health transformation program have resulted in improved conditions and increased improvements in health. Private hospitals have also increased the interest in residential developments after the program. Patient satisfaction today, among the most important factors that influence the choice of the hospital. But except for patient satisfaction, there are different factors that affect the choice of the hospital. The aim of the study to investigate the factors that affect patient satisfaction and hospital choice. In this context, a research has been conducted in the province of Isparta. The population of the study consists of individuals in Isparta. To represent the universe 560 people was conducted face to face with the survey. The study used survey, Akbaş (2014) by which the reliability and validity of the tested questionnaire five Likert type scale. In addition, participants are questions containing forming for the purpose of demographic characteristics and research questions. As a result of the 22-question survey emerged from postulates three factors. These factors; hospital employees, the functioning of the hospital and conditions the hospital's physical. The other 9 questions propositions are united under a single factor. The cronbach's alpha of scales used in research for the first 9 questions on the scale of value 0,821 located while in the analysis for the next 22 question is 0,907. Research was conducted in frequency and percentage values, multiple linear regression models , correlation analysis and cross- analysis crosstabbs. In the study, the choice of hospital, it was found that there are other factors that have an impact on, and are ranked by degree of importance. As a result of the analysis has been the three factors most influential in the choice of hospital, respectively, trust, preference specialist and satisfaction. Three most unpopular features and research hospitals form of in order; the doctor's lack of interest, inadequate inspection and lack of tolerance.
