Eşrefoğlu Rûmî XV. yüzyılda Anadolu'da yaşamış, Kâdiri tarikatının bir kolu olan Eşrefîliğin kurucusudur. En önemli eseri olan Müzekki'n-Nüfûs'u İstanbul'un fethinden beş yıl kadar önce 1448'de İznik'e bağlı Pınarbaşı dergâhında telif etmiştir. Bu eseri yazmasının amacını kendisi, halka iyi ahlakı ögretmek olduğunu belirtmiştir. Daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için de Türkçe olarak neşretmiştir. Rûmî, insanın hem nefsini hem de gönlünü arındırabilmesi için islam ahlakında belirlenen esasları anlayıp uygulaması gerektiğini ifade etmiştir. Bu amaçla eserinde konuları ayet, hadis ve kıssalarla açık ve sade bir dille anlatmıştır. Eser, yüzyıllar boyu insanların ellerinden düşmemiştir. Çalışmada Müzekki'n-Nüfûs'un ikinci bölümünde yer alan hadislerin tahrici ve değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın, Giriş kısmında, araştırmanın konusu ve amacı, metodu ve kaynakları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci Bölüm'de, Eşrefoğlu Rûmî'nin hayatı, eserleri incelenerek kısaca bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci Bölüm'de, Müzekki'n-Nüfus'un İkinci Bölümü'nde yer alan hadislerin tahrici ve değerlendirilmesi yapılarak rivayetler hakkında kapsamlı bilgiler verilmiştir. Yine rivayetler Kur'an ve Sünnet'in temel prensipleri çerçevesinde yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Sonuç kısmında ise kitapta yer alan rivayetlerin genel bir değerlendirmesi yapılarak Eşrefoğlu Rûmî'nin faydalandığı hadis kaynakları tesbit edilmiştir. Eşrefoğlu Rumi, who lived in Anadolia in the XV. th century, is the founder of Eşreflik, a branch of Kadiri Community. He compiled Müzekki'n- Nufus, the most significant work, at Pınarbaşı Derviş Covent in İznik in 1448 about five years ago from the conquest of İstanbul. He stated that the aim of his work was to teach good morals to public. He also puplished it in Turkish to be understood better. Rumi expressed that human had to understand and put into pratice the principles of İslamic Morality to purify both his desire and his heart. For this purpose, he explained the subjects with verses, hadihs and anecdotes in plain and precise terms. People continued to read his book throughout centuries. The assessment and takhrij of the hadiths involved in the second chapter of Müzekki'n- Nufus was performed in this study. In the introduction part of the study, the information about the topic, purpose, method and sources of this research were stated. In the first chapter, some information about Eşrefoğlu Rumi's was given briefly by studying his works. In the second chapter, the comprehensive information about rumors was given by carrying out the assessment and takhrij of the hadiths involved in the second part of Müzekki'n-Nüfus. Also, rumors were tried to be interpreted within the scope of the basic principles of the Qur ' an and Sunnah. In the conclusion chapter, the hadith sources, of which Eşrefoğlu Rumi made use, were idetified carrying out the general assessment of the rumors involved in the book.
