Günümüz insanı sosyal ve kültürel nedenlerle hayatının önemli bir zamanını dışarıda geçirmektedir. Bu süre zarfında genellikle yemek ihtiyacını karşılamak amacıyla restoran işletmelerini tercih etmektedir. Bu çalışmada fiziksel çevrenin müşteri memnuniyeti ve davranışsal niyeti üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada Isparta il merkezinde faaliyet gösteren sekiz büyük ölçekli restoran dikkate alınmıştır. Kolayda örneklem yöntemi ile toplam 500 anket formu bu restoranları son üç ay içerisinde ziyaret etmiş müşterilere uygulanmıştır. Uygulanan anket neticesinde demografik değişkenler ile restoran tercihi, restorana gitme sıklığı, restoran tercihlerinde arkadaş fikrine önem verme, yeni yerler keşfetme isteği, restoran tercihinde alışkanlıklarını değiştirip değiştirmeme durumu, rahat etme isteği konularında farklılık olup olmadığı konusu SPSS 22.0 programı ile ki kare bağımsızlık testi uygulanarak incelenmiştir. Restoran atmosferinin müşteri memnuniyeti ve davranışsal niyet üzerindeki etkisi adımsal çoklu regresyon analizi, müşteri memnuniyetinin davranışsal niyete etkisi basit doğrusal regresyon analizi ile SPSS 22.0 programı yardımı ile incelenmiştir. Today's human beings spend their most of his life outdoors because of some reasons such as social, cultural etc. and people prefer food and beverage enterprises to meet their eating and drinking needs for the duration of his/her all time that they spend outside. In this study, the effect of the restaurant atmosphere upon the customer satisfaction, the effect of the restaurant atmosphere upon the behavioral intention and the effect of the customer satisfaction upon the behavioral intention have been investigated. In this research, eight restaurants, operating a full-service and having 500 survey forms applied by using convenience sampling method to people who have visited these restaurants in the last three months. Result of survey that is applied in demographic variables, restaurant preference, the frequency of going to the restaurant, give importance to the idea of friends, the wishes of new places exploring, restaurant preference whether are changed the situation of habit, comfortable to request the issue of whether differences in the subject was examined by applying SPSS 22.0 program with Ki square independence test. The impact of restaurant atmosphere on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention by using stepwise multiple regression analyze and the impact of customer satisfaction on behavioral intention by using simple linear regression have been examined.
