Türkiye'nin sahip olduğu incir üretim potansiyeli, dünya ticaretinde incir Türkiye'yi büyük payda yer almasını sağlamıştır. Tüketicinin incirin besin değeri açısından önemi çok bilmemesi, incirin iç tüketimini yetersiz kılmaktadır. Ülkemizde üretilen incirin büyük çoğunluğu ihraç edilmektedir ve kurutularak değerlendirilmektedir Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye kuru incir ihracat değeri ile Türkiye kuru incir ihracat fiyatı ve miktarı, diğer ülkelerin kuru incir ihracat miktarları ve reel efektif döviz kuru indeksi arasındaki uzun dönemli bir denge ilişkisinin olup olmadığını ARDL Sınır Testi yaklaşımı kullanarak test etmek ve değişkenler arasındaki kısa dönem ilişkileri tespit etmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda 1990-2013 dönemi yıllık verileri kullanılmıştır. Daha sonra serilerin durağanlık ve eş-bütünleşme analizleri yapılmıştır. Seriler farklı derecelerden durağan I(0) ve I(1) oldukları için aralarındaki ilişki Pesaran vd. (2001) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan Sınır Testi yaklaşımı ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın ekonometrik tahmin sonuçları; Türkiye'nin kuru incir ihracat değeri ile Türkiye kuru incir ihracat fiyatı ve miktarı, diğer ülkelerin ihracat miktarları ve reel döviz kuru indeksi arasında uzun dönemli bir ilişkinin varlığını göstermiştir. Hata düzeltme modelinde bulunan katsayı negatif ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunarak uzun dönem dengesinde sapma olması durumunda sistemin tekrar dengeye geleceğini göstermektedir. Turkey's potential dried fig production provides a huge rate for Turkey in the world trade. Since the importance of fig's nutritional value is not known sufficiently by the consumers, fig's domestic consumption is low in Turkey. The major of fig production in Turkey is exported as dried. In this study, it is aimed to investigate the factors affecting the export value of dried fig in Turkey. For this purpose, the price and the quantity of dried fig of Turkey, the other main countries' dried fig export and the real effective exchange rate index are considered as independent variables in the model. In this study, annual data are utilised for the during the 1990-2013 period. Then unit root and cointegration tests are applied. Since the series are found to be stable at the differents levels, I(0) and I(1), bound test that is developed by Pesaran vd. (2001) is applied. The econometric estimation results showed that there is a long term relationship between Turkey's dried fig export value and the indepenendent variables; export price and the quantity of Turkey's dried fig export, export quantities of the other countries and the real exchange rate index. In Error Correction Model, the coefficient that is estimated negatively and statistically significant indicates that the system is balanced again if there is a deviation in the long term equilibrium.
