Günümüzde artan rekabet koşulları, işletme ile müşteri arasında uzun süreli bir ilişkiyi zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Kişilik gibi tüketicilerin satın alma sonrası tüketici davranışlarını etkileyen ve yönlendiren diğer önemli faktörler de müşteri memnuniyeti ve müşteri şikâyetidir. Farklı kişilik özelliklerine sahip olan tüketicilerin mal ve hizmeti satın aldıktan sonra yaşadıkları memnuniyet ve memnuniyetsizlik karşısında davranışları da değişiklik gösterecektir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; kişilik özelliklerinin müşteri memnuniyeti ve müşteri şikâyet davranışı üzerine olan etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Diğer bir amaç ise; demografik özellikler, kişilik özellikleri, müşteri memnuniyeti ve müşteri şikâyet davranışını belirlemektir. Çalışmanın teorik kısmını oluşturmak için literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın araştırma kısmını oluşturmak için veri toplama aracı olarak 69 sorulu bir anket uygulanmıştır. 221.876 resmi kır ve kent nüfusu olan Kırşehir'de 500 adet anket dağıtılmış ve 455 tane kullanılabilir anket toplanabilmiştir. Bu anketler SPSS 20.0 paket programı ile analiz edilmiş. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde frekans, faktör, korelasyon ve regresyon testleri kullanılmıştır. Kişilik özelliklerinin müşteri memnuniyeti ve şikâyetleri üzerinde etkisinin olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Kişilik özellikleri, müşteri memnuniyeti, müşteri şikâyet davranışı.
The rivalry conditions today made a long-term relationship between the operations and the customer obligatory. Other important factors like personality which influence and manipulates the consumer behaviors after purchasing are customer satisfaction and customer complaints. The behaviors of the consumers who have different personal traits with regard to satisfaction and unsatisfaction that they have experincedafter they purchase the service will absolutely differ. The purpose of this study is to put forward the impact of personal traits of the upon the customer satisfaction and customer complaint behavior. Another purpose is to determine the demographical aspects, personal traits, customer satisfaction and customer complaint behavior. The literature review has been made in order to compose the theoretical part of the study. As the data collection tool, a questionnary composed of 69 questions has been implemented in order to create the practical part of the study. Kırşehir in which has a formal rural and civic population of 221.876, 500 questionnaries have been handed out and 455 utilizable questionnaries have been collected. These questionnaries have been analyzed through SPSS 20.0 packaged software. In the analysis of the data obtained; the tests of frequency, factor, correlation and regression have been used.
