Karar verme hayatın her alanında yer alan bir süreçtir. Karar verme sürecinde, karar vericinin birbirleri ile çelişen kriterler olduğunda karar vermesi oldukça zor olmaktadır. Bu durumda Çok Kriterli Karar Verme yöntemlerinden yararlanılabilir. Bu çalışmada; Çok Kriterli Karar Verme yöntemleriyle 2002-2015 yılları dikkate alınarak Türkiye‟de faaliyet gösteren mevduat bankaları arasından en iyisi belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada kriter ağırlıkları AHP yöntemi ile belirlendikten sonra; TOPSIS ve ELECTRE yöntemleri ile en iyi mevduat bankası ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışmada 25 mevduat bankası değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirme aşamasında dikkate alınan kriterler; toplam aktifler, toplam kredi ve alacaklar, toplam mevduat, toplam öz kaynaklar, ödenmiş sermaye, net dönem kar zararı, net faiz marjı, faiz dışı gelirlerdir. Belirlenen kriterler finans alanında çalışan öğretim üyeleri ve bankacılık sektöründe çalışan uzman görüşleri dikkate alınarak belirlenmiştir. Kriterler AHP yöntemiyle ağırlıklandırıldıktan sonra TOPSIS ve ELECTRE yöntemleriyle elde ettiğimiz sonuçlar en iyi mevduat bankasının Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. olduğunu göstermiştir. Decision making is a process that takes place in every aspect of life. In the decision-making phase, it is very difficult for the decision maker to decide when there are conflicting criteria. In this case, Multi Criteria Decision Making methods can be used. In this study; It has been tried to determine the best among the deposit banks operating in Turkey by taking into consideration the 2002-2015 years by means of the MCDM methods. After the criteria weights were determined by the AHP method in the study, the performances of deposit banks have been examined with TOPSIS and ELECTRE methods. 25 deposit banks were evaluated in the study. Criteria considered during the evaluation phase; total assets, total loans and receivables, total deposits, total equity, paid-in capital, net period profit loss, net interest margin, non-interest income. The identified criterias were determined by taking into account the opinions of experts working in the field of finance and experts working in the banking sector. After weighing the criteria with the AHP method, the results obtained with TOPSIS and ELECTRE methods show that the best deposit bank is the Republic of Turkey Ziraat Bankası A.Ş..
