‘Mütekellimîn Metoduna Göre Yazılan Fıkıh Usûlü Eserlerinin Temel Özellikleri’ adlı bu çalışma giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmı, araştırmanın konusu, önemi, araştırmanın yöntemi ve konunun tarihi temelleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Birinci bölüm, mütekellimîn metodunun ana hatları üzerine ayrılmıştır. Bu başlıkta öncelikle mütekellimîn metodu müelliflerinin hangi mezheplere tabi oldukları, yazıkları eserlerde ne gibi bir amaç güttükleri, eserlerin hangi konuları alıp hangi konuları almadıkları ve yazılan eserlerde nasıl bir usûl inşa ettikleri üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölüm, çalışmada esas alınan usûl eserlerinin karakteristik yapısına ayrılmıştır. Bölümün ilk başlığında esas alınan eserlerin genel özellikleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci başlığında ise eserlerde ele alınan konuların özellikleri ve müelliflerin konular hakkındaki düşüncelerine değinilmiştir. Daha sonraki başlıklarda esas alınan eserlerde konuların nasıl tasnif edildiği ve konuların nasıl işlenildiği üzerinde durulmuştur. This work which is called, ‘Major Features of The Jurisprudence Works on The Method of Mutekellimun’ contains introduction and two section. İt is focused on introduction, the topic and importance of researchment, the method of researchment and historical basic of subject. The first section inludes the basic points of mutekellimun metodh. İn this title, it is stressed on the sect thet the writers of mutekellimun method depent, what kind of purpose those writers aim at their pieces, which subjects they handle or not, and what kindof style they build in their pieces. The second section inludes the characteritics construction of mode of pieces that is taken basis on the work. İn the fiat title of the section, it is given information about the general features of the pieces which is taken basis on. İn the second title, it is told about the feactures of subjects of pieces and the writer’s opinions about the subjects. The other titles include how subjects are classified in the pieces and how the subjects are treated. İn the last title, it is compared between mutekellimun method and jurists.
