Bu çalışmanın amacı; (1) Denetimli Serbestlik kapsamında çeşitli seçenek, yaptırımlar ve tedbirler uygulanan kişilerin demografik ve sosyal özelliklerini değerlendirmek, (2) bu özellikler ile kişilerin toplumsal uyum konusunda karşılaştığı güçlüklerin neler olduğunu anlamak, (3) bunları aşmak için geliştirdiği tutumları belirlemek, (4) bu süreçte Denetimli Serbestlik sisteminde yapılan çalışmaların katkısını anlamaktır. Çalışmanın amacından hareketle Isparta Denetimli Serbestlikten yararlanan 30 kişiyle derinlemesine görüşme yapılmıştır.Çalışmada nitel yöntem seçilmiş ve onun deseni/ modeli olarak fenomenoloji kullanılmıştır. Araştırma giriş, kuramsal çerçeve, yöntem ve araştırma bulguları , tartışma ve sonuç kısmından oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın birinci bölümünde; suç, sapma kavramlarının açıklamaları yapılmıştır. Daha sonra suçlu davranışı açıklamaya yönelik teoriler üzerinde durulmuştur. Suç ve sapma ilişkisi, toplumsallaşma, toplumsal bütünleşme ve toplumsal uyum kavramları , ceza ve tarihçesi, hapishane sisteminin doğuşu ve gelişimi, Denetimli Serbestlik kavramı ve Isparta Denetimli Serbestliğin işleyişi ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde araştırmanın problemi, araştırmanın konusu, araştırmanın amacı, araştırmanın önemi, araştırmanın sınırlılıkları, araştırmanın kapsamı, araştırmanın yöntemsel yaklaşımı, araştırmanın deseni, araştırma ortamı ve sosyal bağlamı, araştırmanın çalışma grubu ve araştırmanın teknikleri ifade edilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise araştırma bulguları ve değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır.Tartışma kısmında bu konuyla ilgili yapılan çalışmalar değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç ve öneriler kısmında ise araştırmanın temel konuları tartışılmış ve belirlenen problemler değerlendirilmiş, çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur. The purpose of this study; (1) to evaluate the demographic and social characteristics of the persons who have applied various options, sanctions and measures within the scope of supervised freedom, (2), to understand what the face difficulties about social adaptation of people with these traits, (3) determining the attitudes it has developed to overcome them, (4) in this process the contribution of the work done in the Probation System is to be understood. With move from goal of study, interviews were held in-depth with 30 people who benefited from Isparta probation. In the study, the qualitative method was chosen and the phenomenology was used as its pattern / model. The research consists of introduction, theoretical framework, method and research findings, discussion and conclusion. In the first part of the research; crime and deviation concepts were explained in the second part. Later, theories were discussed about explaining criminal behavior. In this study, topics were discussed such as the relationship between crime and deviation, socialization, social integration and concepts of social adaptation, punishment and history, the birth and development of the prison system, the concept of probation and the functioning of the Isparta probation. The second part of the research; the problem of research, the subject of research, the purpose of research, the importance of research, the limitations of research, the scope of research, the methodological approach of the research, the design of research, the research environment and the social context, the study group of the research and the techniques of the research were expressed. In the third part, research findings and evaluation were made. In the discussion part, studies were evaluated on this subject. In the conclusions and proposals, the main topics of the research were discussed and the identified problems were evaluated and solution proposals were presented.
