Geçmişten günümüze kadar geçen sürede dünya üzerinde yer alan ülkeler ekonomik olarak ileri seviyede olmak istemektedirler. Ülkemizde diğer ülkeler gibi bu yolda atılımlar da bulunmuştur. Bu amaçla Cumhuriyetimizin kuruluşundan günümüze kadar geçen sürede ülkemizde çeşitli ekonomik atılımlar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan bu atılımlarda zamana göre değişik ana etmenler ortaya çıkmaktadır. Geçmiş zamanlarda kalkınma sürecinde baş aktör tarım sektörü olurken, günümüzde ise sanayiye dayalı bir kalkınma modeli izlenmektedir. Günümüzde sanayi sektörü her ne kadar ön planda olsa da tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de tarım sektörü ihmal edilmemiştir. Bu bağlamda ülkemizde uygulanan ekonomik politikalara bağlı olarak devlet kurumları tarafından tarımsal faaliyetle uğraşan kimselere çeşitli teşvikler verilmektedir. Üreticilere verilen teşvikler sayesinde ülkemizde hem üretim artışı sağlanmış olup hem de işsizlik oranlarında azalma meydana gelmektedir. Bu çerçevede Gıda Tarım ve Hayvancılık Bakanlığı ulusal fonlardan tarımsal ve hayvansal üretim yapan üeticilere çeşitli destekler sağlamaktadır. Sağlanan bu destekler ise ekonomimize çeşitli şekilde katma değer olarak dönmektedir. Yapılan bu çalışmada Isparta ili Şarkikaraağaç ilçesinde süt üretimi yapan üreticilerin Gıda Tarım ve Hayvancılık bakanlığı tarafından sağlanan desteklerin kendi üretimlerini ne şekilde etkilediği ve buna bağlı olarak gelirlerinde ki artış oranları araştırılmıştır. Bu kapsamda Şarkikaraağaç ilçesinde süt üretimi yapan üreticilerin aldıkları destekten memnuniyet durumları da yapılan çalışmada ele alınmıştır.
From past to present day period countries from around the world want to be in advanced level. Like other countries, our country has made attempts on this subject. For this purpose, in our country various economic attempts have been carried out during the period from establishment of our republic to the present day. In these attempts, different main factors are emerging according to the time. In the past, while the main actor in the development process was the agricultural sector, whereas the development model based on industrialization is being followed in todays. Today although the industrial sector is foreground, the agricultural sector is not neglected in our country as it is in the whole world. In this context, according as economic policies implemented in our country, various incentives are given to the individuals engaged in agricultural business by the state institutions. Thanks to the incentives given to the producers,both the increase in production is provided and the decrease in the unemployment rates are occuring in our country. In this context, The Ministry of Food and Agriculture provides various supports from national funds to the producers engaged in agricultural and animal production. These supports are returning to our economy as added value in various ways. In this study, how the supports provided by The Ministry of Food and Agriculture affect producers own milk production in province Isparta Şarkikaraağaç district and the increase rates in their incomes were investigated. Within this framework,the satisfaction of the producers who produce milk in Şarkikaraağaç district was also discussed in the study.
