Günümüzde yaşanan hızlı bilimsel, sosyo-kültürel, ekonomik ve teknolojik gelişmeler eğitim sisteminde de köklü değişimlere yol açmıştır. Geleneksel eğitim anlayışında meydana gelen değişimler ve yeniliklerle birlikte öğrenci kişilik hizmetleri eğitim sürecine dâhil olmuş ve eğitimin çağdaş bir yapıya bürünmesini sağlamıştır. Öğrenci kişilik hizmetleri; sosyal ve eğitsel etkinlikler, sosyal yardımlar, özel eğitim ve özel yetiştirme, sağlık hizmetleri, rehberlik ve psikolojik danışma hizmetlerini kapsamaktadır. Özellikle rehberlik ve psikolojik danışma hizmetleri modern eğitimin çok önemli bir parçası haline gelmiştir. Öğrenci kişilik hizmetlerinin özünü oluşturan rehberlik ve psikolojik danışma; bireye kendini anlaması, çevresindeki olanakları tanıması ve doğru tercihler yaparak kendini gerçekleştirmesi için yapılan sistematik ve profesyonel yardım sürecidir. Ortaöğretim dönemindeki bireyler; toplumsal hayatta aile, okul, arkadaşlık, ekonomik ve sağlık gibi alanlarda birçok problemle karşılaşmaktadır. Bu dönemde birey, tüm bu problemlerle başa çıkmaya çalışırken aynı zamanda kişisel, eğitsel ve mesleki bazı tercihler yapmak ve kararlar almak durumundadır. Bu süreçte okul Rehberlik Servisleri, öğrencilerin tüm gelişim alanlarında desteklenmesi, problemlerinin çözümü ve toplumsal hayata uyumlarının sağlanması konularında önemli hizmetler sunmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Isparta il merkezinde, rehberlik servisinden hizmet alan lise öğrencilerinin duygu, düşünce ve davranışlarını etkileyen kişisel özellikler, aile, arkadaş, çevresi ve okul gibi faktörlerin sosyolojik analizini yapmaktır. Çalışmada ergenlik dönemi ve rehberlik hizmetleri kavramlarından hareketle; ergenlik dönemindeki bireylerin yaşadıkları sorunlar ve temel sebepleri alan verilerinden de yararlanılarak açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. The rapid scientific, socio-cultural, economic and technological developments that are experienced contemporarily have also caused radical changes in the education system. With the changes and innovations that have taken place in the traditional education understanding, student personality services have been included in the education process and transformed education into a modern structure. Student personality services include; social and educational activities, social assistance, special education and special breeding, health services, guidance and psychological counseling services. In particular, guidance and psychological counseling services have become a very important part of modern education. Guidance and psychological counseling which forms the core of pupil personnel services; is a systematic and professional helping process that is to make the individual to understand herself / himself, to define the possibilities of his surroundings and to realize herself / himself by making the right choices. Individuals in secondary schools are confronted with many problems in areas such as family, school, friendship, economics and health. In this period, while trying to cope with all these problems, the individual must make some personal, educational and professional choices and make decisions at the same time. In this process school guidance and counseling services provide important services in supporting the students in all developmental areas, solving their problems and ensuring social harmony. The objective of this research is; making a sociological analysis of factors such as personal characteristics, family, friend circle and school which are affecting the feelings, thoughts and behaviors of high school students who receive service from school guidance and counseling service in Isparta province center. In the research, from the concepts of puberty and guidance and counseling services; the problems encountered by the adolescents and the problems' basic reasons are tried to be explained by also using the field data.
