Türk dilinin söz varlığını yansıtan en önemli kaynaklardan olan sözlükler geçmiş ve gelecek dönemlere de ışık tutması bakımından son derece önemlidir. Biz de bu çalışmada, H 934 (M 1528) yılında istinsah edilen satır arası Arapça-Türkçe kapsamlı bir sözlük olan Müntehabü'l-Lugati'l-Arabiye adlı eseri ilim dünyasına kazandırmaya çalıştık. Öncelikle yazma eserin kütüphanelerdeki nüshaları tespit edilmiş, yazıldığı dönem ve sonrasında bir hayli rağbet gördüğü anlaşılan bu eserin nüshaları arasından Milli Kütüphane Koleksiyonunda Çankırı Ġl Halk Kütüphanesi 18 Hk. 448 sayılı arşiv numarası ile kayıtlı bulunan nüsha esas alınmıştır. Bu nüshanın seçilmesinden tarih bakımından eskilik, Türkçe sözcüklerin harekeli olması ve neredeyse eksiksiz bir nüsha olması belirleyici olmuştur. Bu çalışma; eser ve eserin nüshaları, sözlükbilimsel inceleme, yazım bilgisi ve ses olayları, metin ve dizinler olmak üzere beş ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Eser ve eserin nüshaları bölümü; eserin yazarı ve nüshaları adlı kısmı içermektedir. sözlükbilimsel inceleme ise sözlüğün türü, sözlüklerin sınıfladırılması, bütüncül yapı, parçacıl yapı adlı kısımlardan oluşmaktadır. yazım bilgisi ve ses olayları bölümü ise; yazım bilgisi, ses olayları ve imlası farklılaşan kelimeler adlı kısımlardan oluşmaktadır. Metin bölümünde de, eserin günümüz alfabesine çeviri yazısı (transkripsiyonu) yer almaktadır. Son bölüm ise Türkçe-Arapça ve Arapça-Türkçe dizinlerinden oluşmaktadır. Dictionaries, are the most important sources that reflecting the vocabulary of the Turkish language. The importance dictionaries, resulting from their shedding light on past and future period‟s times. In this work, we tried to bring the Müntehabü'l-Lugati'l- Arabia dictionary which has been copied in H 934 (M 1528) to the world knowledge. Firstly, the different replicas which in the libraries has been determined, then among all the different copies of this work which were very popular during and after the period of its writing, Çankırı Provincial Public Library 18 Hk. Archive number 448 registered copy has been taken as basis of this study. Because of the historical background, writing form of words and a perfect copy has been chosen between all the others copies. This study, is consisted of five sections; which are the book and the copies; lexicographicalreview, orthography and sound events, text and index. The book and the copies section includes the book and the copies. The lexicographical review consists of the type of the dictionaries; the classification of the dictionaries, the whole structure and the fragmented structure. Orthography and sound events section is consisted of the parts of orthography, sound events and spellingly differantiated words. In the text section; there is a translation (transcription) of the text into the present day‟s (Latin) alphabet. Finally, the index section consists Turkish-Arabic and Arabic-Turkish indexes.
