1984 yılında faaliyete geçen Konya Bölge Yazma Eserler Kütüphanesi, Anadolu'nun birçok yerinde uygunsuz şartlarda depolanan el yazması eserleri bir merkezde toplamak amacıyla kurulmuştur. Türkiye'nin ikinci büyük yazma eserler kütüphanesi olan Konya Bölge Yazma Eserler Kütüphanesi, Anadolu'nun en kapsamlı koleksiyonlarını bünyesinde bulundurmaktadır. Bu koleksiyonlardan biri de Isparta Halil Hamid Paşa Kütüphanesi koleksiyonudur. Kütüphanede bulunan 1137 adet el yazması eser Konya Bölge Yazma Eserler Kütüphanesine aktarılmıştır. Bu el yazması eserlerden tezhipli eser sayısı 130 dur. Bunların ise 20 adedi dini eserdir. Çalışmada da bu tezhipli el yazması dini eserlerde görülen tezyini unsurlar incelenmiştir. Eserlerin cilt ve tezhipli sayfalarının; malzeme, renk, motif ve kompozisyonunu içeren bezeme özellikleri açısından incelenmesi sonucunda, bunların 3 tanesinde yer alan tezhipli sayfalarda 15. ve 16. yüzyıl üslubunun hakim olduğu görülmüş, 8 tanesinin ise 18. ve 19. yüzyılın süsleme özelliklerini gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Diğer eserlerin tarihi belli değildir. Ancak kullanılan kâğıt filigranlarına göre 18 yüzyıla ait eserlerle benzerliği olduğu düşünülmektedir. Konya Regional Manuscripts Library was established to gather the manuscripts which were kept in inconvenient conditions in one center in 1984. Konya Regional Manuscripts Library, which is the second biggest Manuscripts library in Turkey, has the most comprehensive collections of Anatolia. One of these handiworks is the collection of Isparta Halil Hamid Pasha Library. 1137 piece of handwritten manuscripts which was in the library, had been transferred to the Konya regional Manuscripts Library. The number of the gilded handiworks, just in library collection, is 130. The 20 pieces of these gilded handiworks are religious. In this study, decorative components and gilding characteristics of these religious handiworks has been studied. As a result of the examination of gilded pages and cover of gilded handwritten manuscripts in terms of decorative characteristics such as motif/figure, material, colour and composition, the gilded pages in the 3 pieces of handwritten manuscripts contain features of 15th and 16th century, however it has been determined that 8 pieces of handwritten manuscripts contain decorative features of 18th and 19th century. The history of the other handwritten manuscripts is unknown but according to watermarked paper characteristics they contain similarity to handwritten manuscripts of 18th century.
