Bireysel bankacılık hızla gelişen bir hizmet dalı olarak bankaların en aktif alanlarından biridir. Bireysel bankacılık adı altında sunulan bireysel kredilendirme bireylere sunmuş olduğu ayrıcalıklarla her türlü ihtiyaçlarını elde etme imkânı sunmaktadır. Bireysel kredileri ticari kredilerden ayıran en büyük fark ise kullanılacak olan kredinin ticari amaçlar dışında olmasıdır. Bireysel kredilerdeki sunulan hizmetlerin çeşitliliği her geçen gün artarken, bu kredilere olan ilgi de daha da artmaktadır. Bankalar geçmiş dönem performanslarını değerlendirerek ihtiyaç duydukları bilgi akışı ve bilgiyi sağlamakta ve gelecekteki stratejilerini planlamaktadırlar. Özellikle bireysel kredilerde; finansal durumu izlemek, geri ödemeleri kontrol etmek, kredi risk yönetimi politikalarını belirlemek ve bankanın gidişatını çeşitli yönleri ile ele alınması bankanın gelecek döneminin sürdürülebilirliği için çok önemlidir. Bu çalışmadaki amaç; bireysel kredilerin kullanımı ile ilgili verilerin ve bu verilerin olası riski ile ilgili gelecek dönemler için tahmin yapmaktır. Bunun için, bankaların, 2018 Ocak-Haziran dönemi bilgileri doğrultusunda, bireysel kredi kullanımı ve buna bağlı risklerini 2018 Aralık dönemine kadar tahminlemesi ele alınmıştır. Uygulama için Gri Tahmin GM(1,1) modeli seçilmiştir. Verilerle GM(1,1) modelleri kurulmuş ardından simülasyon değerleri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen simülasyon değerleri ile verilerin ortalama göreli hataları hesaplanmıştır. Hesaplanan göreli hatalar ile model doğruluk testi kontrol edilmiş ve gelecek dönem tahmin değerleri elde edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, bireysel kredi kullanımı ve riskinin gelecek dönemleri için GM(1,1) modeli ile elde edilen tahmin değerleri yorumlanmıştır. Retail banking is one of the most active areas of banks as a rapidly developing service branch. Individual lending, which is offered under the name of retail banking, offers the opportunity to obtain all kinds of needs with the privileges it offers to individuals. The biggest difference that distinguishes individual loans from commercial loans is that the loan to be used is out of the commercial purposes. While the diversity of the services offered in retail loans increases every day, the interest in these loans increases. The banks evaluate the past performances and provide the information flow and information they need and plan their future strategies. Especially in retail loans; monitoring the financial situation, controlling repayments, determining credit risk management policies, and addressing the bank's progress through various aspects is very important for the sustainability of the bank's future period. The aim of this study is; to make estimates for future periods related to the data related to the use of consumer loans and the possible risk of such data. For this purpose, according to the 2018 January-June period information, the use of individual loans and their associated risks will be estimated until December 2018. Grey Prediction GM (1,1) model was selected for the application. GM (1,1) models were established with the data and then the simulation values were obtained. The mean relative errors of the data were calculated with the obtained simulation values. Calculated relative errors and model accuracy test were checked and future estimation values were obtained. As a result, the estimation values obtained with the model GM (1,1) have been interpreted for the future periods of individual loan utilization and risk.
