XVI. yüzyıl Osmanlı Dönemi için hem siyasî hem de kültürel ve edebî anlamda muhteşem bir dönemdir. Devleti yöneten sultanlar edebiyat ve sanatla meşgul olmuş; dönemindeki şair ve edipleri de himaye etmiştir. Muhibbî mahlâsı ile şiirler yazmış olan Kânûnî Sultan Süleyman da hacimli Divânı ile Klâsik dönem divânları içerisinde oldukça özel ve önemli bir yere sahiptir. Kânûnî Sultan Süleyman, kırk altı yıllık saltanat süresinin on yılı aşkın bir kısmını at üzerinde sefer ve savaşlarda geçirmiş; zaferlere ve fetihlere imzasını atmıştır. Muhibbî'nin sanatçı kimliği ile hükümdar ve komutan kimliği birleştirildiğinde savaşla ilgili pek çok kavramı şiirlerine yansıtmış olduğu dikkati çekmektedir. Bu bağlamda Divânı'nda savaşla ilgili teşbihler; ok, yay, kılıç, bıçak, hançer gibi savaş aletleri; akın, pusu, gece baskını (şebihun) gibi savaş taktikleri ve savaşla ilgili daha pek çok kelime ve kavram tesbit edilmiştir. Beyitlerde umumiyetle sevgili ile âşık arasındaki mücadele vurgulanmıştır. Ancak bu sembolden hareketle zaman zaman hükümdarlığı döneminde gerçekleştirdiği seferlere de atıflar yapmış; savaş sahnelerini canlı ve gerçekçi bir şekilde gözümüzde canlandırmıştır. XVI. century was a period of great political, cultural and literary significance for the Ottoman period. Many sultans ruling the state ruled the word as well; they protected the poets and literature of their era. Kânûnî Sultan Süleyman was one of the greatest poets of the period. He had a very special and important place in the classical classic period with his voluminous Divân composed in the pseudonym Muhibbî and his poems. Kânûnî spent over ten years of his sixty-four year of this reign on expeditions and wars; victories and conquests. When Muhibbî's artist identity combined with the ruler and commander identity, he drew attention to many concepts related to war which had beenreflected in his poems. In this context, a very detailed information about warfare similes, like arrow, bow, sword, knife, dagger war instruments, and like inroad, ambush and night inroad war tactics and a lot of things about wars are reached. In general, the struggle between the lover and the beloved is emphasized in the verses. But from this symbol, he made references to his campaigns during his reign; We have revived the battle scenes in a realistic way. In this study, the elements of war in Muhibbî's Divân are discussed with the aspects which the poet tried to reflect to us and the aspects mentioned here. Keywords: 16.
