Bankacılık sektörü hizmet sektörleri arasında yer almakta olup hizmet sektörleri arasında da çalışan açısından zorlayıcı şartları olması özelliği nedeniyle ayrı bir yere sahiptir. Ülkemizde günümüz bankacılığı anlayışı Cumhuriyet ile birlikte gelişmeye başlamıştır. Sektörde yaşanan gelişmeler ile birlikte çalışanların çalışma koşulları ve özlük hakları da iyileşme ve gelişme göstermiştir. Günümüz bankacılığında çalışan haklarını gözetip koruyan yasalar mevcuttur. Esnek çalışma saatleri, ücretlendirme politikaları, yönetici baskısı ve adaletsizliği, zorlayıcı piyasa koşullarında bankanın karlılığının sağlanması için çıkılan yarışta, kaybeden çalışan olmaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında da, Isparta ilinde bankacılık sektöründe çalışmakta olan personelin iş memnuniyetini etkileyen faktörler ve bu faktörlerden öne çıkanların belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Isparta ilinde çalışan banka personellerine anket uygulanmış olup bu anket doğrultusunda, toplanan verilerin güvenilirlik analizleri, KMO ve Bartlett ve Cronbach's alpha'a testi ile söz konusu araştırma sorularındaki gruplar arası farklılıklar normallik varsayımına dayanan bağımsız örneklem T-testi ve tek taraflı anova testi ile incelenmiş veanalizler sonucunda elde edilen bulgular yorumlanmıştır. Yapılan Araştırma sonucu işe bağlılığı etkileyen faktörler arasında demografik özelliklerden yalnızca cinsiyet, statü ve gelirin etkisinin olduğu işe bağlılığı etkileyen en önemli faktörlerin ise sırası ile çalışma ortamı,ödüllendirme ve motivasyon, yönetim yaklaşımı ölçekleri olmuştur. The understanding of today's banking in our country has started to develop with the Republic. In addition to the developments in the sector, the working conditions and personal rights of the employees have also improved and improved. In today's banking there are laws that protect and protect the rights of employees. Flexible working hours, remuneration policies, executive pressure and injustice are the ones who are lost in the race to ensure the profitability of the bank in challenging market conditions. In this thesis, it is aimed to determine the factors affecting the job satisfaction of the personnel working in the banking sector in Isparta and the ones that stand out from these factors. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to the personnel working in the province of Isparta, and the reliability analysis of the data collected, the KMO and Bartlett and Cronbach's alpha tests, and the independent sample t-test based on the assumption of normal differences between the research questions in question and the unilateral anova. The results of the analyzes were interpreted. As a result of the study, the most important factors affecting the commitment to work, which had the effect of gender, status and income on the factors affecting work dependence, were work environment, rewarding and motivation and management approach scales, respectively.
