Bu çalışmanın amacı, sağlık sektöründe faaliyet gösteren özel hastanelerde algılanan muhasebe bilgi sistemleri düzeyinin kurumsal imaj algısı üzerine etkisini incelemektir. Bu doğrultuda Ankara'da faaliyet gösteren 32 özel hastanenin muhasebe ve finansman departmanında görev alan çalışanlar üzerinde bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Toplamda 136 kişiye ulaşılan araştırma sonucunda, muhasebe bilgi sistemleri ve alt unsurlarının, kurumsal imaj algısı ve alt unsurları ile aralarında pozitif yönlü, anlamlı ve güçlü bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak muhasebe ve bilgi sistemleri ve alt unsurlarından belge sisteminin, raporlama sisteminin ve kontrol sisteminin kurumsal imaj algısı alt unsurlarından olan yenilikçilik, performans sosyal sorumluluk üzerinde pozitif etkisinin olduğu, ancak kayıt sisteminin ve personel sisteminin ise anlamlı bir etkisinin bulunmadığı; yine kurumsal imaj alt unsurlarından olan güvenilirlik üzerinde ise kayıt sisteminin, belge sisteminin ve kontrol sisteminin anlamlı ve pozitif etkisinin bulunduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of perceived accounting information systems on the corporate image perception in private hospitals operating in the health sector. In this regard, a survey was conducted on the employees working in the accounting and finance department of 32 private hospitals in Ankara. As a result of the research that reached 136 people in total, accounting information systems and their sub-items have a positive, meaningful and strong relationship with the corporate image perception and sub-elements. However, from the accounting and information systems and its sub-elements, the document system, reporting system and control system have positive effects on innovation, performance social responsibility which is one of the sub-components of corporate image perception, but the registration system and personnel system have no significant effect; On the other hand, it is concluded that the system of records, the document system and the control system have a significant and positive effect on the reliability of the corporate image.
