Üretim işletmeleri sermaye yoğun işletmelerdir. Kuruluş yeri seçiminden başlayarak, tesis kapasitesi, ürün seçimi, üretim miktarı, dağıtım kanalı gibi bir dizi kararı en başında ve neredeyse hatasız vermesi gereklidir. Teknoloji ile dinamik bağı olan ve bitmiş ürün satışı yapmayı amaçlayan işletmeler bu doğru kararları makul bir zamanda, gecikmeden ve olabildiğince az maliyetle vermelidir. Aksi durumda rekabet avantajını kaybederler. Modern işletme anlayışında işletmelerin vereceği kararların sadece üretim ve satış faaliyetlerine yönelik süreçlerle sınırlı kalmayacağı tüketicinin öncelikle ihtiyaçlarını karşılayan sonrasında isteklerini yerine getiren çözümler ve ürünler sunmasının gerekliliği vurgulanmalıdır. Geri besleme süreci sadece üretim prosesinin bir adımı değil aslında tüketici istek ve dileklerinin sistemde gerekli değişiklikler için kullanılması için de faydalıdır. Karar verme probleminin işletmelerin genelinde olan bir sorun olmasına ilaveten, üretim işletmeleri için daha önemli karar verme sürecidir. Modern işletme anlayışında tüketicinin satın alma kararı verirken neleri önemsediğinin bilinmesi, ihtiyaç tespiti veya oluşturulması ile satışların hacim ve tutar olarak artacağı bilinmektedir. İşletmelerin karar sorunu ile karşılaştığında alacağı kararlara destek için kullanabileceği literatürde yaygın kullanılan yöntemler vardır. Çalışmada 1970'lerde geliştirilmiş olan Analitik Hiyerarşik Proses ile başlayan çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerine yer verilmiştir. Bu kısımda Moora yöntemleri ayrı ayrı ve bütünleşik olarak açıklanmıştır. Yine Topsis yöntemi ve yeni nesil karar verme yöntemlerinden Waspas yöntemine yer verilmiştir. Uzman görüşleri ile elde edilen dokuz kriter öncelikle ağırlıklandırılmış devamında bu kriterlerin bahsedilen yöntemlerle ayrı ayrı çözümlenmesi yapılmıştır. Elde edilen çözümler ile beş alternatif arasında seçim yapılması ve alternatiflerin sıralanması gerçekleştirilmiştir.Çalışma sonunda elde edilen bulgular yorumlanmış ve tartışılmıştır. Burada hem otomobil üreticileri için karar problemlerinde yeni kriterler önerilmiş ve bunların ağırlıklarının tespit edilmesi ile en ideal seçim için önem dereceleri belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca aynı sorun ve aynı kriterler için farklı yöntemler kullanılarak araç seçim problemlerinde sıralama yapmakta hangi yöntemin daha başarılı olduğunu tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu tarz sorunsalların daha farklı yöntemlerle ve daha farklı kriterlerle yapılması durumunda hem yöntemlerin daha da gelişeceği hem de üreticilerin çok sayıda kriterden hangilerine daha fazla önem vereceği konusunda veri elde edeceği düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmada kullanılan karar değişkenlerinin sayıca çok fazla olmaması ağırlıkların değerlerinin çok dağılmasını engellediği görülmektedir. Bunun yanında kriterlerin kendi içinde bütünleşik olduğundan birden fazla niteliği taşıdığını da söylemek gereklidir ve bu sayede kriter sayısını çok artırmadan sonuç elde etmek mümkün olmuştur. Benzeri çalışmalarda sürekli aynı kriterle sonuç aramak yerine değişen koşullar ve beklentilere göre şekillenen yeni ihtiyaçlara göre yeni kriterlerle çalışmak ve yeni yöntemler kullanarak sonuçları tekrar tekrar tartışmak ideal sonuca yaklaşmaya ve hatta ulaşmaya yardımcı olacaktır. Businesses that have a dynamic connection with technology and aim to sell finished products should make these right decisions in a reasonable time, without delay and with as little cost as possible. Otherwise they lose their competitive advantage In the modern business approach, it should be emphasized that the decisions of the enterprises will not be limited to the processes related to production and sales activities, and the necessity of providing solutions and products that meet the needs of the consumer first and then fulfill their demands. The feedback process is not only a step in the manufacturing process, but is also useful for the use of consumer wishes and wishes for necessary changes in the system. In addition to the fact that the decision-making problem is a general problem, it is a more important decision-making process for production companies. It is known that sales will increase in terms of volume and amount by knowing what the consumer attaches importance to when making a purchase decision, determining needs or creating needs in modern business approach. There are widely used methods in the literature that can be used to support the decisions of enterprises when faced with decision problems. In this study, multi-criteria decision making methods starting with Analytical Hierarchical Process developed in 1970s are given. In this section Moora methods are explained separately and integrated. Again, Topsis method and Waspas method, which is one of the new generation decision making methods, are included. Nine criteria obtained by expert opinions were primarily weighted and then these criteria were analyzed separately by the mentioned methods. With the solutions obtained, five alternatives were chosen and the alternatives were listed.The findings obtained were interpreted and discussed. Here, new criteria are proposed for decision makers both for automobile manufacturers and their weights are determined and their importance levels are determined for the most ideal choice. In addition, it is tried to determine which method is more successful in sorting vehicle selection problems by using different methods for the same problem and the same criteria. It is thought that if such problems are made with different methods and different criteria, both methods will be developed further and the producers will give more importance to which of the many criteria. It is seen that the decision variables used in this study are not too many in number, thus preventing the distribution of weights. In addition, it is necessary to say that since the criteria are integrated in itself, they carry more than one qualification and it is possible to obtain results without increasing the number of criteria. In similar studies, instead of constantly searching for results with the same criteria, working with new criteria according to the new needs shaped according to changing conditions and expectations and discussing the results repeatedly by using new methods will help to approach and even reach the ideal result.
