Çalışma hayatında yer alan her bireyin sorunlarının var olması durumu ve mevcut sorunların hangi kesimde nasıl yaşandığı, sorunun çözümü için gerekli olan bir noktadır. Toplumda dezavantajlı olarak değerlendirilen ve sosyal politika alanında önem taşıyan gençlerin işgücü piyasasından kaynaklı birçok sorunu bulunmaktadır. Çalışan ve üniversite eğitimini gerçekleştirmeye çalışan gençler çalışma hayatı ve çalışma hayatı dolayısıyla ortaya çıkan birçok sorunla karşılaşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, çalışma hayatında aktif çalışan olarak yer almaya çalışırken aynı zamanda öğrenciliğin yüklediği sorumlulukları aynı anda yüklenen çalışan üniversite öğrencilerinin sorunları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Sorunların tespiti amacıyla kartopu örneklem yöntemi kullanılarak mevcut öğrenci kitlesine ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma grubuna yöneltilen yapılandırılmış ve yarı yapılandırılmış sorularla mevcut sorunlar değerlendirilmiştir. Yöneltilen sorular sonucunda kategorik içerik analizi yardımı ile çalışan üniversite öğrencilerinin sorunları tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen sorunlar sosyo-demografik, sosyo-ekonomik, çalışmakta olduğu iş/eğitim aldığı bölüm, çalışma süreleri, dinlenme süreleri, ücret, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği, sosyal uyum ve eğitime katılabilme imkanı olmak üzere sekiz farklı başlık altında incelenmiştir. Görüşmecilerin ekonomik, sosyal nedenlerle işgücü piyasasına girdiği, çalışılan işlerin eğitim aldıkları bölüm ile ilgili vasıf arttırma özelliğine sahip olmadığı, çalışma saatlerinin değişken ve uzun süreler olduğu görülmüştür. Ücret ve dinlenme süreleri konusunda sorun yaşandığı, bazı öğrencilerin de eğitime katılma ve sosyal zaman konusunda sorunlara sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. The existence of the problems of every individual in the working life and how the current problems are experienced is a necessary point for the solution of the situation. Young people who are considered disadvantaged in the society and who are important in the field of social policy have many problems due to the labor market. Working young people and trying to perform university education face many problems that arise due to working life and working life. In this study, while trying to take place as active employees in the working life, the problems of students who are loaded at the same time as the responsibilities of students are tried to be determined. In order to determine the problems, the existing student population was reached by using snowball sampling method. The current problems were evaluated with structured and semi-structured questions directed to the research group. As a result of the questions asked, the problems of university students working with the help of categorical content analysis were determined. The problems are examined under eight different headings: socio-demographic, socio-economic, the department where work / education is taking place, working hours, rest periods, wages, occupational health and safety, social cohesion and the possibility to participate in education. It was seen that the interviewees entered the labor market due to economic and social reasons, the works did not have the qualification feature about the department where they were trained and the working hours were variable and long periods. It has been determined that there are problems in terms of wages and rest periods, some of the students have problems in joining the training and social time.
