Ataerkil toplumun öğretileriyle şekillenen toplumsal cinsiyet, günümüzün en önemli tartışma konularından biridir. Ataerkil ideolojinin eril yapısı sonucu kadınlar, toplumumuzda erkeklerden yana olan kurallara uymak zorunda bırakılmaktadır. Bu kurallar ekonomi, siyaset, aile, eğitim, din ve devlet gibi toplumsal yapı içerisinde yer alan kurumlar tarafından hem kadın hem de erkekler üzerinde bir sosyal kimlik inşası yapmaya olanak tanımakta, ancak kadınları toplumsal yapı içerisinde erkeklerle eşit bir konuma taşımamaktadır. Günümüzde ataerkinin görevini üstlenen kitle iletişim araçları toplumsal cinsiyet kurallarını, içerdiği örtük mesajlarla modern topluma sunmaktadır. Modernleşmeyle birlikte toplumdaki kadın tanımları ve imgelerindeki değişimlere rağmen, televizyon; dizileri aracılığıyla hiyerarşik yapı, hegemonik erkeklik, eril tahakküm, kamusal alan özel alan ayrımı, töre, namus ve şiddet gibi ataerkil değerlere hizmet etmektedir. Medya sektörünün erkek egemen yapısı nedeniyle ataerkil değerleri yeniden inşa eden televizyon dizilerinde kadınların kalıplaşmış toplumsal cinsiyet rolleriyle temsil edilmesi kadınların toplumsal alanda ötekileştirilmesini dayatmaktadır. Televizyon dizilerinde farklı kadın özelliklerine yer verilmesi nedeniyle kadınların ataerkil toplumsal değerler sistemi içindeki eşitsiz konumları yeniden öğretilmektedir. Bu çalışmada gündelik yaşantımızın önemli bir parçasını haline gelen televizyon dizilerinin baskı altına aldığı kadın bedeni ve temsilleri eleştirel sosyoloji açısından değerlendirilmektedir. Araştırma kapsamında televizyonun en çok izlenen türü olan dizilerin, kalıplaşmış toplumsal cinsiyet rollerini yansıtırken, ataerkil toplum düzenini yeniden inşa etmesi ve erkeğe nazaran kadını toplumda ötekileştirmesi eleştirilmektedir. Tasarlanan araştırmada televizyon dizilerinin yeniden ürettiği ataerkil sistem özellikle kadın bedeni ve temsili ile ilgili görseller sosyal, kültürel ve ekonomik bağlamda incelenmektedir. Gender, shaped by the teachings of the patriarchal society, is one of the most important topics of discussion today. Patriarchal ideology has a masculine structure. Women are forced to obey the rules that favor men in our society. These rules will build a social identity at the level of both men and women in the management of those in the social structure such as economy, politics, family, education, religion and the state. Nowadays, the mass communication community, which undertakes the duty of patriarchy, aims to address the rules of gender and the implicit messages it contains to the modern society. According to the variables in the definitions and images of women in society with modernization, television; presenting the series to patriarchal values such as distant hierarchical structure, hegemonic masculinity, masculine domination, separation of public sphere and private sphere, honor, honor and violence. We have members in the role of gender in the integrated management of regulation in the television series of a comedy that determines the name of the patriarchal address of the male-dominated structure of the media sector. The lack of different female characteristics in television series, the patriarchal social values system in the room can already make inequality. In this room, the photographs that you see in the index step of the television, which has become the most important part of our daily life, are evaluated with a focus on critical sociology. The television series, the most watched genre in the research, reflect stereotyped gender roles, determine the regulation of the patriarchal social order and marginalize education in comparison to men. The designed research explores the visuals of women's bed and representation of patriarchal system design that can adjust the television directory in the social, cultural and economic context.
