Bu çalışmanın amacı; bir Türk toplumunda maksiller anterior dişlerin renk değerlerini spektrofotometre ile analiz etmektir. Çalışmamıza katılan gönüllü diş hekimliği öğrencilerinin renk ölçümü Vita Easyshade spektrofotometresiyle yapıldı. Ölçümler dişlerin orta üçte birlik bölgesinden üçer kez tekrarlanarak gerçekleştirildi ve ortalamaları alındı. Ölçümler aynı çalışmacı tarafından ve günün aynı saatlerinde (11:00 – 13:00) yapılmıştır. Veriler IBM SPSS V23 ile analiz edildi. Verilerin normal dağılıma uygunluğu Kolmogorov Smirnov testi ile incelendi. Normal dağılıma uymayan verilerin karşılaştırılmasında Mann Whitney U testi, Kruskal Wallis ve Wilcoxon testleri kullanıldı. Veriler normal dağılıma uymadığından sonuçlar ortanca (minimum-maksimum) şeklinde sunuldu. Anlamlılık düzeyi p<0,05 olarak alındı. Tüm kanin, lateral ve santral dişler birlikte incelendiğinde ortanca L*, a* ve b* değerleri istatistiksel olarak anlamlıdır (p<0,001). Sağ kanin ile sol kanin, sağ lateral ile sol lateral, sağ santral ile sol santral aralarındaki ortanca ∆E değerleri (sırasıyla; 2,67; 2,94; 2,14) istatistiksel olarak farklılık göstermektedir (p<0,001). Cinsiyete göre sağ grup dişlerle sol grup dişlerin ortanca ∆E değerlerine göre; kanin dişler arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark gözlenmişken (p=0,008); lateral ve santral dişler arasında anlamlı bir farklılık gözlenmemiştir. Elde edilen bu değerlerin tümü klinik olarak kabul edilebilecek değerlerdir (∆E<3,7). Cinsiyete göre kanin, lateral ve santral dişlerin L*a*b* analizine göre tüm diş gruplarında L* değeri kadınlarda daha yüksek iken; a* ve b* değeri erkeklerde daha yüksek elde edilmiştir. Yaş grubu değişkenine göre anterior grup dişlerin L* değerleri 22 yaş grubunda, 18 ve 19 yaş gruplarından daha yüksek tespit edilmiştir. Vita 3D Master renk skalasına en sık saptanan renk değerlerinin dağılımı 2,5L2, 3M3,3M2, 5, 2M3 ve 2,5L1,5 şeklindedir.

The purpose of this study is; is to analyze the color distribution of a Turkish society using a dental spectrophotometer. The color measurements of all volunteer dental students participating in this study were achieved with Vita Easyshade spectrophotometer. The measurements made on each tooth were repeated three times, and the averages were taken. Measurements were made by a single worker at the same time of day (11:00 - 13:00). The data were analyzed with IBM SPSS V23. Normal distribution of data was evaluated by Kolmogorov Smirnov test. Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis, and Wilcoxon tests were used for comparison of non-normal distribution data. Since the data do not fit the normal distribution, the results are presented as median (minimum-maximum). The significance level was taken as p <0,05. The median L *, a *, and b * values were statistically significant (p <0,001) compared to the central, lateral and canine teeth without any right or left separation. The median ΔE values (2.67, 2.94, 2.14, respectively) between the right and left canines, right lateral and left lateral, right central and left central teeth are statistically different (p <0.001). According to gender, according to the median ΔE values of right group teeth and left group teeth; There was a statistically significant difference between the canine teeth (p = 0.008); there was no significant difference between lateral and central teeth. All of these values are clinically acceptable (ΔE <3.7). According to the gender, L *, a *, b * analysis of canine, lateral and central teeth showed higher L * value in all dental groups than in women; The a * and b * values were higher in males. The most common color values for Vita 3D Master color scale are 2,5L2, 3M3, 3M2,5, 2M3 and 2,5L1,5.
