Bu çalışmada; nemli-sıcak iklim bölgesine sahip Antalya'da bulunan zemin+5 kattan oluşan bir bina incelenmiştir. Farklı yönlere göre pencere/duvar alanı oranlarının %30'dan %60'a arttırılması durumunda ısıtma amaçlı enerji tüketiminin artışının tespiti yapılmıştır. Binaların enerji dengesini sağlatmak ve en yüksek verimi almak amacıyla ısı yalıtım uygulamalarında faydalı enerjiyi maksimum yapacak yöntemlerden de bahsedilmiştir. Çalışmada ele alınan binada kuzey, güney, doğu ve batı cephelerindeki pencere/duvar alanı oranları %30, %40, %50 ve %60 olacak şekilde arttırılarak ısıtma enerjisi tüketimine etkisi hesaplanmıştır. Yönlere göre pencere alanı dağılımı çalışmanın başında oransal olarak sabitlenmiştir ve bu kabul üzerinden hesaplamalara devam edilmiştir. Ayrıca bu etkinin cam ve çerçeve tipine göre değişimini belirlemek için mevcut cam ve çerçeve tipi; ahşap, alüminyum, pvc çerçeve ile tek cam, çift cam ve low-e kaplamalı cam tipleri ile değiştirilerek simülasyon tekrarlanmıştır. Bütün bu parametreler ile değişimler hesaplanırken dış duvar içinde 5 farklı tip belirlenerek kombinasyon sayısı arttırılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonunda optimizasyon teknikleri ile maliyet analizine girilmiştir. Minimum maliyeti sağlayacak sistemin tespiti yapılmıştır. In this study; a building consisting of a ground floor + 5 floors in Antalya with a humid-warm climate zone. An increase in the energy consumption for heating is determined if the window / wall area ratios are increased from 30% to 60% in different directions. In order to ensure the energy balance of the buildings and to obtain the highest efficiency, the methods which will make the maximum energy useful in heat insulation applications are also mentioned. In the study, the window / wall area ratios in the north, south, east and west facades were increased to 30%, 40%, 50% and 60%, and the effect on the heating energy consumption was calculated. The window area distribution according to directions was proportionally fixed at the beginning of the study and calculations were continued on this acceptance. Also the type of glass and frame available to determine the effect of this effect on glass and frame type; Simulation is repeated by replacing wood, aluminum, pvc frame with single glass, double glass and low-e coated glass types. While calculating the changes with all these parameters, 5 different types were determined in the outer wall and the number of combinations was increased. At the end of the research, cost analysis was applied with optimization techniques. Minimum cost to determine the system was made.
